@@iitstre_4550 I don't think it was the diva factor about OBJ that caused the issues, OBJ at the time was bragging about how well he adlibs routes which for a 2nd year QB on his 3rd offence is a very difficult thing to try and adjust to, having guys be where you expect them is important for a QB who hasn't learned how to read NFL defences yet. Bakers accuracy and TD to INT ratio got so much better once OBJ was gone. Excluding the 2 bad weather games immediately after OBJ got injured Bakers completion % and more importantly TD to INT ratio got a lot better. He was 15 TD's to 7INTs in 7 games with OBJ and 11 TD's to 1 INT in 6 games without OBJ because his #1 receiver wasn't in a different area code than what he expected.

OBJs father was a big part of that drama. Dude was way out of pocket and couldn't accept the fact that his son was washed up.
