This is 100% me! Been in IT for over 10 years and after handling some data projects the last couple of years i find myself hemming and hawing in analytics. I think i know what i am capable of due to some accomplishments in the field, but I always feel like i am behind the curve and am always playing catch up on concepts. Not to mention i too buckle under pressure in interviews. Thank you for sharing and the encouragement.

I feel this video is about me as my interest for data is similar to yours. Except I'm just about to get stuck in learning and not really knowing where to begin... Oh, and there's the age thing, too (I'm 50+ but that won't stop me!) Thanks for making this, Josh!
