The problem wasn't on one person, it's always a combination. Sayf and Redgar seem to clash quite a bit, sometimes people aren't compatible.

As a TL fan since the first ever Valorant tourney, seeing the last champs was quite sad. Its pretty sad to see some of the boys go because i think the roster had amazing potential, but im also really looking forward to what u guys have been cooking up with Jamppi and Nats. Cant wait for the new players and seeing u guys on the big stage again!

tough times but looking back at what this roster has achieved as a new team having to adapt to a big change, it was still overall a good run. best of luck to everyone in their new teams and excited to see how the new roster would look like.

I love the brutal honesty from not only the players, but the mini-docu as well, really showing it's not sunshine and rainbows. cannot wait for the new iteration of liquid, and I hope sayf, redgar and soulcas will be happy on a new team! (sayf vitality, redgar on giants and unknown for soulcas atm)

@@mikagraf278 have i ever told that redgar was not the problem? The whole 2023 team was chaotic with no coordination but soulcas is in the core from beginning and he is hella inconsistent. A lot of players were changed but not him thats what i have written

It might be cut heavily but nevertheless is a seemingly very deep look behind the curtain. So impressive to see that, thanks everyone for sharing. thanks for giving us a glimpse of what happened behind the scenes... so unfortunate to know that the chemistry between players weren't good, i like this roster and hoped they could stick together for one more try... but it is what it is hopefully new roster will be banger like TL's content

Sayf already talked about how he and Redgar clashed in an interview after lock//in. I thought they already smoothed things out when they won EMEA. It's sad they didnt have a good showing in international events this year 😢 All the best to the players! I cant wait for the new roster announcement.

ngl new liquid doesnt seem that promising enzo and mistic are good players but i dont think they are nearly as good as sayf and redgar

@@DForre6040 I think that's exactly why they can do better. They don't have the pressure like the last team and we have the core of Apeks in Keiko, Enzo and Mistic. The synergy should be much better. Of course personally Sayf is irreplaceable but I think the next iteration will do better.

The team might have disappointed in the champs but the content team never disappoints. The franchise level content every org need to make and kudos to the players/coaches to open up and tell the story of failure. Its important.

How does the management allow the players to talk to each other like that??? Its a really destructive environment and it literally kills the mood and trust between the players. And it didn't even seem like they really cared or addressed the way they were communicating to each other post game. Especially when they are going to play in the lower bracket. I know they are frustrated and emotional, but things like this should not be allowed at all. How aren't they taking action against things like this. Set ground rules to collectively create a healthy environment with constructive criticism in a good manner. They should have a zero tolerance policy against things like this. If the management can't manage a team like this trough ups and downs the problem will always stay the same even with a different roster. They need to put these players at their place despite individuals having strong personalities.

@@fizz6703 nivera is not constant. the scream is not bad, but there is too much ego and this suppresses the rest of the team. what about sayf... he has never been a part of this roster. it was always noticeable

redgar really sooooo badly showed himself in the last matches, I was disappointed with him and nаts.they are capable of more.soulkas is really the weakest link, but I should note that he is generally doing his job for the team and this is enough to be even in Tier 1, but not enough to be champions

I will not argue and really suggest you to listen to the voice comms of the old liquid matches. Tier 2 players will play better than present liquid cuz the game is not about aim just about team chemistry, brain, and teamwork

is it js me or does this editing make it feel or seem like the problem was with sayf? like whoever edited this video and chose the clips to use, most of them were js focused on sayf doing something wrong, speaking up and defending himself against Redgar but idk, it js makes it seem like Sayf was the main issue in the roster whereas, thats not the case or point . if anything i think redgar was the issue

overall i dont think the video really sided with anyone, its just the reality that there is an issue with team communication and dynamics. neither is right nor wrong and i dont think people should be pointing at "who" the issue is.

He's basically the only reason they made it to any events. This team fundamentally just doesn't gel together well and both him and Redgar being removed is probably for the best for all parties.
