Personal favorite episode in all of Naruto; it just wraps up Naruto and Sasuke’s dynamic so beautifully. Also, I’d watch the ending sequence of this episode if you haven’t. There’s a little more of the episode during and after.

I think people really miss that Sasuke actions from his trauma is actually under exaggerated from real life. He’s supposed to be on drugs and killing everybody he’s sees. 😂

Naruto’s uzumaki clan were a peaceful clan whose power was made up of love. They kept away from the wars and stuck to their village. They learned how to stand on their own individuals but were also taught to rely on their loved ones. Naruto was a poor orphan who learned the bounds family through the leaf village, taught to ask for help, taught to see multiple paths, just like his rasengan going in multiple directions. Naruto always felt tied to the earth, that’s what his sage form symbolized and later his nine tail chakra form symbolizes the same thing. And why his shadow clone jutsu express he wants to be there for everyone. Except it also shows how wise he is and how he wants to hear everyone’s voice. Like a god of peace and warmth. For example, during the 4th war Naruto figured out how to strengthen everyone else in, by using the nine tails chakra + his shadow clones to share the chakra with everyone. The chakra can heal their wounds and aid them during fights. And Ino was also able to link everyone’s minds together. By doing all of this everyone was able to feel Naruto’s emotions. This symbolizes that Naruto wanted to find away to always be there for everyone and that he can feel all of their emotions.

The moment Sasuke started laughing sincerely when Naruto wanted to punch him again, it was then that Naruto got his boy back. Those 2 are meant to be for real. 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

The answer to why sasuke sees naruto memories is because Ninjutsu came from Ninshu. Ninshu is how hogoromo gave humans some of Kaguya's chakra in him, this meant sharing memories, dreams and literally feeling how someone else feels. This was the original purpose of chakra. So naruto and sasuke leaking chakra towards each other with their attacks links their memories, same with obito

Naruto’s uzumaki family has the physical power in their body that ties them to love. Sasuke’s uchiha family has the mental power in their mind that leads them to think they have all the power and leads to negative emotions, like hatred. Love breaks through hatred. The physical power that Naruto was born with plus the nine tails fox chakra allows Naruto to live on beyond the average lifespan of humans, and the eternal resolve that Naruto all symbolizes eternal love that is pierced through Sasuke's hatred that Sasuke has.

Sasuke symbolizes hatred. Everything about his choices and his traditions of the uchiha clan leave sasuke to be alone. Sharingan can only be achieved if feeling moments of sorrow no matter how it's caused. The mangekyo Sharingan And the main emotion that would be focused on is hatred. Indra and ashuras ability to reincarnate, symbolized their will of hatred/love kept continuing. And would keep doing this until their dispute was solved. This symbolized that you can’t beat hatred by just being strong and defeating the person or killing them. It’ll just pop somewhere else and cause even more problems. You have to get at its core. Asuma Sensei told Shikamaru that in shogi, the king is the heart. The emotional reason for why a group of people or an individual person would fight. It could be focused on is hatred. Even if you destroyed the army or their defense’s, they would still get back up because of what they are fighting for. During the final fight between Naruto and Sasuke, Naruto knew that he couldn’t beat sasuke just by being stronger than him. Sasuke's jutsu were like chess pieces and his reason for doing what he was doing was the king. So Naruto had to get sasuke to use all of his jutsu and exhaust. He had to make sure sasuke had no jutsu to hide behind and that it was just him. Then that was the moment he could appeal to him. Naruto is like sasuke in so many ways, that’s why he can get through to him. That’s how he checked the king. If didn’t talked to him after sasuke had no energy left, he would’ve regained his energy and just try to keep going on the path he was on.

Naruto and sasuke where always put in the same situation under different circumstances. But they dealt with the same problem in entirely different ways. That was the whole dynamic right there, the saying goes “we’re two sides of the same coin” fits this duo perfectly
