The Unpopular Truth: Are Modern Women ACTUALLY More Masculine?

In this video, we discuss the reasons for the rise of masculine traits in modern day women. Let's face it, in a world where the opposition has demonized masculinity and called it "toxic", men have become more feminine than ever.
This is my call to action for modern men to return to the strength, leadership, and resilience that has been eroded over time.

12:30 a lot of men tend to think that women are crazy because they are being manly and it makes me sick! 1. Men and women are not enemies 2. What's the alternative if men no longer offer safety? Think of it: what makes a man to think that he can get a feminine woman if he won't be a symbol of stability to her... You don't believe in marriage, you don't respect her as a woman, you are lazy and prioritize your comfort... She feels threatened, so guess what? She mans up and you don't

It’s just the truth…. I’m the man that could claim these “unfairness” but I know the truth… I’m not doing enough…. Period…. Women are more organized, driven, focused, mentally tough and willing to endure more/longer…. These strengths aren’t limited to one gender , it’s just the traits that garner merit and respect .. men need to stop focusing on everything outside of themselves .. forget alpha, forget beta, forget men vs women, … just focus on yourself your weaknesses and your strength

My dad never taught me anything masculine, as a 31 year old female, single home owner and own 2 vehicles. I work my ass off for my money and I’m not paying the shop down the road to do half ass work on my vehicles, Iv had my truck for 11+ years. If something breaks, I fix it, isn’t that just living life? 18 months out of shoulder surgery too and have full range of motion, PT everyday and working 10hr days driving 1.5 to and from the job site. It’s about being driven. I don’t have a fall back, I don’t have mommy and daddy to bail me out. I demand a standard and I feel like I’m going to be single forever because men are so soft 🫠

A very fascinating video, this brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I can vouch for the fact that my wife is immensely resilient and unstoppable when she has her mind set on something, while I was raised weak with a father who didn’t know how to teach me those important lessons of how to be a man, and my mother sheltered me until I was beaten down by the world, completely unprepared. Yet now I am doing everything I can to turn myself around and become the man my family needs and deserves. It’s not been easy and every day holds new challenges, my mind has always been weak as has my body, and it was only through discovering my spirit and using the spirit of other masculine men which I have found as mentors including Bedros, Jocko Willink, David Goggins, Jordan Peterson , and taking on the messages of countless others including insightful books all the way to ancient Stoic Philosophers that i am slowly inching my way closer every day to becoming the man I should have been.

Love your show. I'm 54 and ironically work for the American embassy in Armenia. I'm a doctor and find that everyone wants a pill or overnight way to get ripped and jacked. I'm ripped and jacked but it comes from YEARS of discipline and eating right. I've been working out since age 15, have done over 50 triathlons and 18 marathons, and countless numbers of races. You are SO right when you talk about that building confidence and trickling into every area of your life. I get so frustrated because everyone wants a body like mine but they don't want to do what I've done to get here. I started "Booty Camp" to get these people in shape. We will see how that goes over. I want everyone to go home and get naked in front of the mirror and come to the end of themselves. Yes, where are all the men?? I don't want some guy who comes with me to get his nails done. The testosterone level in our country is sad. Why do men want to be like women nowadays? Do a podcast on that! haha

20 year old female here. Yes, i do not even feel the desire to find a relationship (if i find connection that is meant to be then so be it). I love intimacy, but relationships are supposed to add value to your life, not a burden. As someone who is very independent, making my own money, has hobbies and a “purpose”, have a few good friends, i feel no desire to go and “find a man”. I feel like many men and women today do not have many hobbies or passions they pursue in their down time, which creates dependency overtime.

I agree with you 100% about the dependency. I see this in my parents who have done basically everything together for decades. It’s now difficult for them to do stuff without one another, even simple things like eat. But to your point on relationships should add value and not be a burden, I think this is misconstrued in our day and age. I think in our very synthetic view of life we all want the perfect relationship with the perfect partner but the strongest and oldest relationships come from working at it and suffering together. I think it’s more nuanced than just they shouldn’t be a burden. Because sometimes they should be! Just like you how you may fight or butt heads with your friends or family, these are the people closest to you and that make life what it is and a lot less lonely! I’m a 25 year old man also have always been independent. No dating apps, never been involved in the hook up culture really. But I am finding that as more time passes, I do feel the desire to provide and have a companion, a family of my own, etc. It’s hard out here these days haha. I feel we’ve given ourselves too much choice. And eventually our choices fade and life isn’t really worth much when you have nobody to share it with ya know? Food for thought🧠

Although I fully agree on the stand point of how to deal with this on an individual level and how it came to be (with that being over simplified or concentrated only on the last 15 years) I do have to add that greed (mostly propaganda and social media) has also told women that they need a certain lifestyle that's far above the median salary. So they think they need to make OF to get something most guys can't give her because a true wealthy male is not going to take them in. But again individually imma get after it attempt to get me a good woman and keep increasing my value in all areas.

I am so agreeing...when men are doing what they are suppose to do and a good guide to this is the Bible, woman will naturally fall in line ...the are so many stories of people I know even myself where we/I have to man up , do I want to man up if my man doesn't step into those shoes..no I don't, but I will because no one will fuck with my business and my family ....I can tell you for a fact if a man shows up how he is suppose to man up ...the woman will fall to his feet respectfully and not forcefully or dutifully. I have 3 businesses and married a man that I always felt like , I shouldn't have.....because of some of reasons you have mentioned....however thankfully through especially your podcasts Bedros and others, there is a change and my husband is slowly but surely Manning up and leading and growing. I thank God. And pray for every woman and man out there on their journey to man up. Through my experience if you would just follow what you are suppose to do there is less friction, not easier but less friction. But alot more respect. Since this change in my husband our sex life is alot better, communication etc. A man is so much more attracted to a woman if he is a man and leading and exercising and being resilient.

This is nothing but facts. When my father stepped up, my mother was more traditional. When he was being an idiot and getting locked up, my mother turned into Rambo to make sure us kids were good. I'll never forget the 90s watching my mom work as many jobs as possible and take care of us and never complain once. My dad would work a few weeks at a job like burger king and act like he shouldnt have to do anything else because it was sooo hard and he was soon tired lol 🤣 I learned how to be tough and resilient from my dear mother. Strength and how to not whine about doing hard things. My brother followed my dads footsteps and has been incarcerated since 2010. It is what it is boys.

Bedros, it's not only that. It's mostly the economy. In the past a man could realistically expect to get something in return for his labor. Work hard and you get a house, a car, people respect you, women feel safe around you. Today we have what exactly? Unless you are some sort of a business person, you have very little chance to have a nice life in terms of material goods. Even if you are a doctor, you will most likely rely on your partner being employed as well. And in many cases real power couples like a doctor + a lawyer struggle to have a good quality life. So many men simply can't be bothered anymore, in fact many women can't be bother either. Today you have to be like top 10% in terms of the drive and vitality to achieve something that most men could achieve like 20-30 years ago. I'm not going into my own personal anecdotes, but I'm pretty sure people here in the comments can vouch how their fathers owned some property in their early 20s already, and they could afford to have 2-3 children and they could easily make their women feel super safe and happy. Today, 90% of men can't provide that anymore and naturally women have to try to do it themselves. And most women can achieve roughly the same results as men - an average income. Then we get to a point, where a woman decides - hm okay, let's see at my dating pool, most men are poor, don't support women's rights and expect to receive intercourse and sandwiches on demand while contributing about the same as as woman can... So why a woman should bother? It is more logical for her to either 1) compete with other women for top 10% of men or 2) just live their own lives alone. This is the late stage capitalism thing guys - a few billionaires own everything, including water and even your bodies, while you are depressed, because realistically, even if you are very hardworking and tough, you know that you will most likely be worse off than your father.

Part of the issue is people see "toxic masculinity" (i have a Lot of toxic men around me) and think "masculinity is toxic"....No the toxic part is the Miss-Use of masculine talents and strengths! But we've been so concerned with getting rid of the toxic, that we forget to talk about how these traits Should be used. The traits themselve arent bad, the missuse of them IS....and so now we, either have, (mostly), men that "embrace" the toxic version, or abandone them all together. A man who knows how to control and use his God given abilities Correctly is hard to find these days. 😔

I have to ask is social media in the manosphere really helping the lives of men? the number one issue that the "manosphere" refuses to address enough is the issue of testosterone-less men. nobody really talks about it. and somehow we think that men should "man up" but how can they if they do not have the testosterone needed to function. when we tell men to be men but refuse to address the issue of testosterone, enough for men to take action, its as if we are expecting men to be men in a new normal. overall, this is all associated to population control which includes the systematic decline in the levels of testosterone and the masculization of women. if we do not discuss or tackle these issues effectively, we are going to continue to be disappointed regarding men and their lives.

Also Bedros - of course it's all "your fault", but it's easy to say this when you grew up in more prosperous times, when yes indeed - it was your fault if you were not doing well, the economy in the US was so good, that you could literally be almost anyone, even flipping burgers and make a more or less ok living. Heck, unless you were a total loser, you could flip burgers for like a year and then move on to some admin role and earn much more. Today people are stuck flipping burgers for a millennia and even if they move to another job they still can't make it work. When I first realized that decent earning people like judges, doctors, scientists, lecturers rent rooms - rooms!!!! - I was like what the hell, in the past if you were a doctor, you have a 5 bedroom house, 3 cars, hot intelligent wife and 4 nice children who love you. It is really, really easy to judge today's men, especially zoomers and millenials, that it's their fault, when in reallity the world's difficult was switched from "normal" to at least "very hard". Yes, yes, start a business, make this, make that - cool, cool, but in the past you didn't need to start a business. You didn't need to generate income sources, you didn't really need to invest (though most did for sure because they had something to invest lol). You could do what you like, do a job, be a decent men and you would do well. That is the entire point of what every young person today is trying to explain to older people. Yes, we can and we do businesses, but for many it's soul crushing and people just want normal jobs that pay well.

No woman can be masculine. They try to emulate what they think is masculinity, but really what they are doing is replaying poor masculine behavior. Poor behavior they are deceived to believe are qualities of successful men. But I've never admired more than 1/12 "successful" men. Especially when they exhibit offensive attitudes. The age of the male mentor has largely passed. The man who depicts the wisdom, patience, and self-control of the Shaolin master is quite rare. Be this as it may, if I could not acquire the reward of my labors because the State and Industry are in cahoots with plundering it from my grasp, I am likely to take a sabbatical from the entire kaboodle (I lost a substantial portion of my retirement wealth to the thieves of Wall Street who got bailed). We have seen this attitude manifest in every socialized/communized country of Europe, South/Central America and the Far East. My sister explained to me this state of affairs in Argentina just the other day. This is a complex problem that will not be solved by men "stepping up." It requires a complete overhaul of our social and governmental ideas. In the USofA this problem began with the plundering of the "New World" by failing European governments. When I was a teen there was a lot of talk about the coming "New World Order." What none of them understood is that here in the "New World" we have implemented the very Order execrated as the downfall of Nations. That Order officially began with the formulation of the Federal Constitution and has been here ever since. Some people complain gov't appointees have abandoned the Constitution. In reality, the Constitution--when it is working--is doing exactly what it was intended to do: Form and supply a cadre of elitists who can legally plunder the masses. Men will step up when there is a reward for stepping up.

You can laugh it off Or take it with a grain of saltif you want but don't say I won't say everything. I said on here in person if I have a run into you. It's a small world. Don't create enemies. You don't need by becoming a liability to the mission.

What if the men is doing everything right and the women it’s not stepping up or haven’t step up in years? I think that’s where men also needs to step up and make some changes to find that traditional girl?

This guy used a very small subset of men who have been feminized and used it as a standard to discuss today's masculinity, which is far from appropriate. However, he didn't stop there; he then suggested that women are outperforming men at the gym, among other nonsense, without a single piece of evidence to support that claim. Bedros, please stick to business topics and leave relationship issues to Kevin Samuels.

When it comes to the gym I agree with him. I see it with my own two eyes at gym I go to and crossfit gym as well. I've seen some woman really kill it in the squat and dead lift. And I've noticed woman are way more fit in shape then men at the gym. When it comes to work force it depends on what type of work really.

I think he meant that women are actually becoming a bit more consistent than most guys when it comes to gym. In my gym I see more women who are showing up all the time and who are fit, who are good with their diet etc comparing to men.

I think women have become a lot more masculine in the west. More east you go, less so but even women in the east are becoming more masculine.

I agree men should step up and there are alot of pysically mentally weak men out there. Men stepping up is not going to change nothing when it comes to woman. Anybody that has been with same woman for last 2 decades or more don't realize how bad the dating scene really is. No matter how much of a savage a man is. What he does to become a better man. It's still just as bad. There is only so much a man can do. As long as the fenimist movement encourages woman masculinity is toxic. Nothing will change one bit.
