Currently nobody and that is why he constantly adapts his style. At Man City he started with 3 CBs, the following season it was a 4-3-3 with the fullbacks acting like midfielders, then it was a 4-3-3 with inverted wingers... The issue with Pep for me is that he really does need specific type of players for his systems to work. I mean, that's the case with every coach but especially Pep. But once he has the players he needs he's unstoppable.

that's just nostalgia. Wallah Habibi is right that Xavi's Barcelona is more like Guardiola's City than Guardiola's Barcelona. As he said, fullbacks are inverted and our current midfielders are much more vertical and direct because that's how the game's evolved.
