Many of these movies were made in an era where many people only saw a movie once and sometimes never again. The animators were not counting on the idea that one day viewers would one day live in an era where they would be able to obtain home releases of them to watch over and over again. Therefore being able to begin seeing similarities. Also to eventually being able to one day see them on KZfaq or Disney+ as frequently as possible to study these similarities.

Here are some other examples that weren't mentioned in this video: - An elephant trying to toot its trunk when someone suddenly interrupts them (Jungle Book/Robin Hood) - A hectic chase scene going back and forth between the good guys and the bad guys (Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad/Jungle Book) - Similar dancing moves (Aristocats/Robin Hood)

PLOT TWIST: Bambi’s mother is actually an immortal, who survived the shooting from Man himself, and seemingly time traveled from place to place, which is why you see her later in The Jungle Book, The Rescuers (not shown here), and Beauty and the Beast.

The Sword in the Stone also used Bambi's mother (the scene where she quietly walk in the meadow to make sure it's safe) when Kay is about to shoot but Arthur sat on the rotten tree when he fell on him scaring the deer away. Not to mention the Rescuers song "Someone's waiting for you" where Bambi and his mother appeared (used from the scene where they grazing before the hunter shot Bambi's mom), and the mother bird from "Little April Showers" also appeared.

1. Captain Hook and King Stefan both have dark hair, are tall, have shorter and robust men with white hair, have their short tempers, and were played by Hans Conried (even though Taylor Holmes did the voice of Stefan in the final project) 2. 101 Dalmatians and the Great Mouse Detective have some similar plot elements, both took place in London, have the villains with some similarities such as becoming insane in the climax, and both saved Disney from going bankrupt.

Magic, excitement, wonders, imagination, romance, music, action, fantasy, thrills, and adventures. Wow, this is great. I find them fascinating about how the old movies and others repeated after each other all those years ago. To me, they do look and seem familiar and similar together. I never give up believing in fairies and magic with all my heart because I still refuse to grow up, and forget about the precious things I knew, especially those from my childhood. I am like Peter Pan and have his youthful spirit. Believe in magic and never grow up. My one and only wish is to keep the magic alive for all time. And I also wish to be a fairy to stay strong, childlike, young, and beautiful forever and ever like Tinker Bell, and the other fair folks. I'm a Disney fan 🐲🐉🧝🧝‍♂🧝‍♀🧚🧚‍♂🧚‍♀🧞🧞‍♂🧞‍♀🦄🧙🧙‍♂🧙‍♀🪄🧹⭐🌟🌠✴

All cartoon studios reused animation (it wasn't until the TV years that they actually kept files of walks and head turns and certain gestures), the same way that live action films reused sets and costumes. It just makes sense. And back when they were made for theatrical release and years went by between uses, who was going to notice?

It’s actually a myth that Disney “recycled” animation to save time and money. The real story is actually way more interesting, and one man was responsible for almost all of it His name was Wolfgang Reitherman, and he was one of Disney’s legendary Nine Old Men, the core group of animators who created and defined what Disney animation is. Much like how Milt Kahl became known for his “head Swaggle” for his signature technique, Reitherman became known for the technique seen here: rotoscoping. Contrary to popular belief, as Disney animator Floyd Norman explained, rotoscoping is not a time saver and it costs just as much to come up with new animation. The reason Disney rotoscoped all of these scenes is that put simply- Reitherman was not an experimental animator, he did not like trying new things compared to his counterparts. Instead, he stuck with what he knew worked, and if a shot worked in the past, it would be rotoscoped into a new work. The fact that the bulk of the rotoscoping in Disney films was done between the 50s and 70s is not a coincidence; that is when Reitherman was Disney’s primary directing animator. Rotoscoping is a perfectly valid animation technique, and its use continued even after Reitherman retired. By their own admission, the directors of Beauty and the Beast rotoscoped the dance from Sleeping Beauty into the final scene of their film in part because “Woolie had set a precedent” So instead of being critical of “Disney doing this to save time and money” let’s celebrate the technique and legacy of Wolfgang Reitherman, one of the founding fathers of Disney Animation

Cinderella wasn’t poor or came from a poor family to begin with. Her father was a French gentleman most likely a knight or a lord who could afford a chateaux and fine luxury’s. When he died, everything he had went to Lady Tremaine who squandered his wealth on her daughters, taking Cinderella’s dowry and her inheritance and her fortune

And to think at first, before voicing Mowgli, Bruce Reitherman voiced Christopher Robin in "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree" (that title is in quotation marks and not italicized because that's the title of a *short* film), but had been replaced for the rest, especially _The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh_ years later.
