He started on a good note, but got some stuffs muddled up, I guess because of genuine zeal to clear up some things in the body of Christ. If you are conversant with theological writings, you will see a lot of this kind of his conclusions made on several topics. Though it is for a just cause, but because it's not all encompassing or that it was done with sentiments, even the discipled ends up abandoning some of the excesses as they grow in Grace and in the totality of God's word. A Bishop is an office and not a calling. It's is not a gift. The five fold are gifts. It means someone can be An Apostle and be a Bishop. A prophet can be a Bishop. A Bishop is an elder one who oversees many congregations or churches.

My dear.. don't be forced to believe what they want you to believe just to get members. Every organisation has a stricture and choose the title they want. Even common chess will tell you something. In police you have dsp, sp, until IG. these are just for designation. In His Church he is a pastor but not at same level with other pastors he employed. I see envy somehow. He should choose a terminology he understands. He can call himself chief superintendent or chief servant. Leave bishop and Archbishop for those who choose that form of identity

Christ is the Saviour, Arch Bishop, Pastor, Teacher, Pastor,... Of our souls not just one man. I can see how he quickly mixed up the two. Note!!! These offices are meant for administrative purposes. They was nothing like that until the crises in Acts 6:3-4 when they was administrative issues regarding neglect of some members. The church had to work on administrations. Also note: Ministerial gifts should not be confused with Administrative positions. Whether a Presbyteros (Elder) or an Episcopal (Bishop) or even a diakonos (Deacon, waiter, servant, administrator) all needs the Ministerial gifts of the Holy Spirit backing their trainings/skills (if any) in dispensing their duty. Note: the work for perfecting of the saints, of ministry and edifying of the body of Christ can be administered as an Apostle, Prophet, Teacher, Pastor, Evangelist... Everyone must pray and wait on God for the necessary gifts for his administrative office.

I think pastor is trying to make us understand the hierarchy of men of God and their respect tittle per the Bible..... This is to help us understand those leading us in the church or congregation as a whole........... A few times some men of God boast with such tittles making them look or portray their superiority to other men of God .... this is what pastor Abel is trying to correct us. ,& he uses the Bible to back his points clearly if u follow....
