Whether people like Berhalter or not, if he doesn’t lose his job after this performance, the Federation has truly failed us all. Canada, Venezuela, Panama, all played with passion and excitement. They wanted to be there, they felt they deserved to be there and try and win those games. You don’t see it from our players and that’s on the manager. We have gone backwards since he came back. It’s time to get someone else. Crocker as well.

@@XUSMNT yeah from the beginning based on what the players were saying, it didn’t inspire a lot of us with confidence coming into this tournament. This team is full of entitled players who need a reality check from a manager who is not their buddy

@@americanfoot10 It feels like players don't have to prove themselves to "earn" their starting spot. That's a bad direction for a team that people argue might have the most talent to this date for any USMNT. The sad truth is, if we don't win, if we can't put up results, then this generation is just like every other, maybe even worse.

@@XUSMNT unfortunately it seems that all of the main players on that team are much too comfortable and typically becoming too comfortable does not equate to getting better results and pushing your limit. It is a shame because the talent is there but the mindset seems to be as weak as it can possibly be

No need to be pessimistic, I see plenty of hope in the future -- once they invent the time machine, we'll be able to go back to 2002 and experience a really fun and promising USMNT!
