Honestly I agree. Day by day my interest in Valorant diminishes because of the player base and even reporting people has become basically useless because nothing gets done and there are no consequences for them. It just reassures them they are allowed and able to get away with harassment. Sure, there are tons of great moments, but its becoming more common for people to just be meanies.

I know how it feels but play with your friends it's so much more fun c: Also if you want to mix it up I'm sure if you switched to like a different game for a bit no one would mind, you actually enjoying yourself is what matters at the end of the day. I can very much relate to this. Ive had to full on mute team vc OVERALL because ive had days where lobbies like this were constant, especially when youre a girl and they usually know because of my name ingame. 3 days ago i was queueing swiftplay to relax, my teammates were a 4 stack, not only were the 2 girls being toxic in allchat they were also talking to me in a really condescending tone, at one point one of them was like "yo sage u gonna heal raze or what???" And i told her maybe if she drops the attitude i would gladly heal her (mind you raze never asked for it herself and i dont always look at everyones health) and then the entire 4 stack started insulting me, especially the one girl. If she wasnt in a party that can protect her she wouldnt have said all that to begin with, makes me sick that people think they can say whatever they want because their friends will back them up even if theyre the ondd being dickheads. All immortal and ascendant players btw!! (EU server fyi) I honestly dont know how you manage to not mute them immediately when they said the first thing.. i wouldve already been done. And then the way they spoke to your skye.. fucking despicable behavior, i hope that pheonix never gets the opportunity to raise a child while he still behaves like this on a daily basis.

I got a 2 week comm ban for calling someone a d!ck after they verbally called me a d!psh!t and called me a f@t b1tch... guys like this need help and need to get voice comm bans, in chat you get banned for saying "f@t b1tch" instead of them verbally speaking it. it would be nice if they could just fix their voice comms or something. Its just sad and a pain. My bans nice since my mouse literally broke around the same time but jeez idk if they got a ban my only hope is they did. But josh i love all your content! Just the other day, I spoke once. ONCE. To simply tell my team that the enemy Brim is hit for 110 and my Brim mocked me and then proceeded to be toxic to me, specifically only me even after my teammate went off on them for their toxicity. I wasn't hurt or mad that our Brim was being toxic, just the genuine confusion on why men have to be toxic to someone for simply talking. Like grow tf up and just play the damn game, what is the reason for being toxic towards a teammate giving info?

That was exhausting to watch, you handeled it all really well. That mentality has no place in my life so it just made me feel ill.

Dark humour can be funny but they're literally just throwing out slurs like 5 years olds thinking swearing is funny They might just be "teens having fun" but not having the minimum amount of empathy required to not be an asshole translates very easily into real situations. "it's just a joke bro" is so lame, yeah a joke that's targeted at a specific person at that person's expense can be funny if you know the person. But fucking with a random person that you're stuck with for 20-30 minutes while throwing out gross generalizations "for the meme" is just lame.
