I have loved watching Regis from 1989-2011 when he retired. I used to live vicariously thru him just waiting to be regaled by what he did the night before, which celebrities he rubbed shoulders with, etc. After he retired I stopped watching as it became boring and all Kelly does is spend the first 20 minutes reading newspaper articles that they clipped from all over the county/world. RIP Reege💔🙏🛐

I was a '90s kid (born in 1988). Regis was a pop culture icon for my generation. From "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" to "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?", we all knew and loved watching him. He seemed like a classic New Yorker, just a funny, down-to-earth guy who loved to entertain. Regis, thank you for all you gave and you will be missed. May the Goddess and God guide your soul where it needs to go next on its journey. Blessed be. )O(

Ya she hogs airtime sometimes and it gets annoying and here she spoke for 1:14 mins (with preset visuals queued up in the control room) in a 6 minute upload. For the sake of consistency and fairness which I'm sure us liberals are sure keen on: When there were 5 or sometimes 6 cohosts for the day, in ANOTHER 6 minute hot topic, Whoopi will spend 15-30 secs to intro the topic, another 15-30 secs to outro it and in between that she will rant and rave on that topic (even if she already specifically talked about that topic the day before, even if there was a guest co host on that day who hasn't said anything yet) for about 3 mins which will then leave 2 mins of airtime to split between 2 louder cohosts to fight over, which then leaves the other 2 cohosts there left doing nothing but be warm placeholder mannequins contributing nothing to the conversation except awkward strained smiles. In the interest of honesty and fairness and all...DEAFENING SILENCE on your side.

Regis could do any show and pull it off. Transition to who wants to be a millionaire was made like a champ. That show had ratings off the charts because of Regis. Kathy Lee had her way all because of him. Regis no words can explain what we lost, u made me laugh at the T.V. so many times. The G.O.A.T of talk shows?
