Sunny Hostin should apologize for being a racist. I know people think that you can't be racist against white people, but let's call it what it is. Discriminating against someone because of the color of their skin is racist, regardless of what color that skin is. Sunny Hostin wants to claim that Caitlin Clark is popular because of pretty privilege, white privilege, or tall privilege. And that just comes off sounding ridiculous, especially when she says tall privilege since it is the WNBA and they're ALL TALL. She's popular because she has talent and is setting records. Period.

@donaldsink811520 күн бұрын
I totally agree. The marketing geniuses at both Nike and Wilson see CC as their next Jordan and LeBron. They're investing millions of dollars in her. It's only going to be a short time before other players are going to start reaping the financial gains she's creating. It may not be on the same level, but it's more than they would have gotten without her. From a marketing standpoint there's not another player who's moved the needle more than CC. The last sell out venue that the WNBA played was in 2001. Her first game sell out and ever team she plays the same. She brings a level of excitement to the game that no other player brings. At this point today she is the Jordan of the WNBA. I think she has already forced some of the other players to become better. When someone challenges you to become better it's a win ,win for both you and the people around you. The other teams are playing to sell out or almost venues are something unheard of just last year because of the better games being played.

His record stood from 1970 until Catlin broke it recently. Pete played 83 NCAA games - averaged 44.2 ppg and scored 3667 points. Former LSU coach Dale Brown charted every one of Petes shots over his 3 years. If his shots from 3pt range had been counted as 3 pts, Maravich's average would have been 57 pts per game for a total over 3 years of 4731 pts. The fact that only Catlin Clark has achieved more, in the realm of what Pete Maravich did over 50 years ago, only underscores just how great she is.
