The map showing where the house is located is great! Another idea is a quick show/comment of closest grocery store, medical facility, and hospital. Especially since there is so many saying southern end has no necessities nor hospitals! How much time in golf cart vs car maybe. Thanks!

All over the country they are. Without a doubt on the ocean front in Florida. Central Florida is not too bad.

@@gilborealty some one said there insurance and property taxes in the villages are now 300 a month an increase of over 100/month and expected to go up again this year???

@@michellegaines-mitchell7937 depends on the house and size and area. I’m seeing 3-5k on average in most homes, but mostly on newer homes. New homes are always higher on taxes.
