I live in a Bridgeport, and we bought it because it reminds of homes in our native Michigan. Big kitchen, 1/2 bath close to kitchen, and separation between kitchen and living room.

Love this home!! Love every single thing about it. I really like the fact that it is not that open concept where you walk in and everything is wide open in a square. What a perfect place, and add in all that The Villages has to offer, this right here truly is the Paradise Package imo. Cheers!! 🌴🍹🌴

Mowing. These St Augustine lawns, perfectly maintained, are a feature of suburban life prized by residents. Commonly contracted and maintained, fences would cause a huge increase in costs.

The home is $799,000. The HOA/Amenity fee is $189. The taxes are about $4900. The taxes will get reassessed when the home is purchased. The amenities include executed 9 hole golf, clubs, pools, the courts, recreation facilities and more.
