Jerry and Linda appeal to many people for many different reasons? They provide useful information about The Villages for those who are living there and for those who are thinking of retiring there? They seem to be the kind of neighbors that many people would like to have? They seem to be like the parents or grandparents that many wish they had? They seem like really nice people who care about others and many of us find them entertaining to watch?

Living on the East Coast of Florida I completely understand both y’all’s hesitation of moving to the coastal area of Florida with the risk of Hurricanes. The one thing I appreciate the most about you guys channel is you are easy and interesting to listen to sure can’t say that about so many KZfaq channels. Blessed to have found your channel. 💜

Great interview Ruth Dyer did a great job! Hearing you discuss your old home of 33 years such as old family memories, how much you accumulated, going up/down stairs and the house maintenance as you get older. Makes me realize just how much after 50 years we have accumulated in our current home which we also built and what we will have to do if we also move to a smaller home. Sadly, living in Canada the way the housing market is; even if we sold everything (vacant lot and our home) we would not get a home as nice as yours in The Villages.

I'm in a new home in Citrus Grove and have TONS of storage here (Hammock model). I feel very fortunate. I know a lot of models don't have as much storage.

I have no interest in moving to The Villages just because I am a country girl and need room for all my animals. I watch your videos simply because it’s interesting to learn about other places. You both are very charismatic and entertaining in the presentation, so it’s simply fun to watch. Keep it up!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE living in The Villages - Fenney. And I am really happy there isn’t tons of storage. I LOVE having less stuff, having less to maintain, clean, organize, repair, insure, feel guilty about not using- the more FREEDOM!!! Don’t store stuff when you move here- get rid of anything you don’t use every day and experience freedom!!

Take a trip to Silver Glen Springs for a day trip. It is beautiful. Snorkel the springs or rent a canoe/kayak. Take a picnic lunch and enjoy the view.

Really enjoyed this interview! ♥ Like you, we wanted a beach home and were actively looking for one in FL. Then our friend Dave told us about the TV. It sounded to good to be true. We booked a lifestyle visit to check it out and fell in LOVE on Day 1. We knew this is where we wanted to be! After our Lifestyle visit, we rented for a month and bought in 2019. Best thing we ever did! The Villages ®is AMAZING! Plus the beaches are only a 90 minute drive to either coast! An easy day trip and no hurricane worries!
