It's obvious Wonka intended for each kids fate He brings each kid to a room that tests their cons For Agaustus it was the candy room (he loved food) for violet it was the inventing room that has a machine that makes the best gum in the world (violet loves gum) for veruca I was the golden goose room that lays golden eggs (veruca is a spoilt brat that loves expensive stuff) and for Mike it was the shrinking TV room (Mike is obsessed with tv) It's obvious Wonka planned for these kids to make the mistakes they made, there's more proof like how the Wonkatania has only enough seats for the rest (after Agaustus is gone)

And we know slugworth was actually working with Wonka said by Wonka himself Its obvious Wonka specially had these 5 children set to win the golden tickets

3:17 loved the little easter egg they added as the poster, when johnny depp had played as wonka in 2005, and when the song was suspiciously rehearsed for agustus gloop (2005 version), he said it was a "cheap parlor trick", asked violet to say anything, when she said chewing gum he said "chewing gum is really gross, chewing gum i hate the most", in general i loved the easter egg.

Ummm yeah, i think out of all the punishments in this film, it's pretty obvious violets can be considered the most sexual (inflation fetish) I think this film was sorta....I guess a sexual awakening for some young ones when growing up with this film I remember when I was like 10 and watched this scene, even i being a young boy before puberty could sence something sexual in the whole scene despite not getting exactly why at the time.
