Hi darlings,
I hope you are all well, having a wonderful weekend and enjoying the glorious sunshine (if you are in the UK).
I must have had over 100 messages asking for a garden tour and sooooo many of you have wished to meet my horses. SO here, it is! A magical tour around the garden, as I mentioned, I feel like I need to give you monthly update regarding the garden as it id ever changing. The abundance of colour and beauty is phenomenal. I am also so excited for you to me Eternity and Golden Star, they are both such warm and sweet hearted mares and I am beyond lucky and grateful to be able to walk into the fields after a busy day and have lots of carrots and kisses!! I can't wait for you to meet the rest of the horses who are dotted across the world on the showjumping circuit!
I truly hope you love this vlog as much as I adored creating it! I truly wish to the 100% transparent, share stories that I hold so closely to my heart and share this incredible journey with you!

I've loved this tour around your garden. The abundance of flowers, trees, roses, arbours, pots, water features, statues, special area's to sit and just be! Special thoughts go to your much loved Grandma and her precious tree. It was all, a feast to the eyes! Oh my goodness, your gardens are truly glorious! You would practically need a degree in horticulture to know everything growing in such an immense garden! I love your story about Robert the sheep farmer and all the wonderful history! How sweet of you to honor him in such a special way with that perfect water fountain! And I’d say by the time you’ve had the privilege to reach 80, “old” is a huge honor! 🥳🥰😊 I would love to know how long you and Mark have owed this magnificent property. Everything is so beautifully established and maintained, but I’m sure you have made numerous changes and updates to make it yours beyond your dining room areas, pergolas, fountains, etc. Your grandmother’s tree and bluebells are a beautiful example of an absolutely fabulous update! I love gardening and a beautiful English garden is always my top inspiration. Mine would be a miniature in comparison but with a lot of the same plants and flowers. My aim is that there shall always be something in bloom. Just missing the horses😂. Stunning creatures.

I can't imagine any person with a jot of empathy to mind you taking your Grandmothers tree. Also from a family of gardeners (albeit on a much much smaller scale!) and I felt so upset when (by accident) I allowed our inherited rhubarb (4 generations!) to die off. The.Guilt!

I LOVE foxglove too! It's one of my favorites. Just be careful if you touch it to wash your hands because it's toxic. I remember reading about a woman who was gardening and inhaled spores from foxglove that was dying out. She had to go to the ER. So I wear my gardening gloves and I never use it in arrangements for the house. Your garden is so beautiful. All of your property is!

Hi Leonora, your garden is to die for. Sorry I’m new to your channel so I’m not up to to speed with the history of your house and garden, but how long have you lived there and how much of it did you inherit? Or is it all your design of your home and the surrounds? You are so sweet, and so authentic I love watching your channel. Please do keep showing the garden it is such a joy to see a grand English garden.

I loved this garden tour so much, I watched it twice!! Your garden is absolutely lovely and it gives your sweet sausages such a terrific place to run and play. I loved seeing your mares, which I adore. Living here in Central Kentucky. I love my weekly countryside drives to see our beautiful house farms and watch the thoroughbreds running in the field. Your garden is positively transporting, the roses and beds inspire me to do more. My garden has become a yard this year and I need to get to work. Thank you for sharing your world with your viewers., it is so generous.

Leonora, you were so right when you said I would enjoy your next vlog. WOW it was stunning. Your best vlog ever. From another perspective I am also imagining walking through the gardens and into the orchard when there has been a very light dusting of snow or frost. It would be like walking in a magical winter wonderland. All the seasons must be incredible with or without flowers in bloom. Thank you so much for the tour of your most wonderful gardens . So many beautiful plants and carefully positioned statuary . That Lutyens bench is fabulous. As for your gardening team, all I can say is I hope they have taken photographs of the positioning of the plants . It is sacrilegious and a hanging offence to dig out a herbaceous border in the middle of summer.
