Terrence is an Australian born teacher and guide of Non duality. Like us all, Terrence had his own personal back ‘story’ (a ‘me’) which included sexual abuse as a child, living in a dysfunctional and broken family followed by drug addiction, divorce, depression and anxiety with suicidal thoughts.
During his journey, he consulted various psychologists and therapists and pursued a variety of spiritual paths and self-help groups. Nothing seemed to relieve the deep-seated experience of separation and isolation.
Then one day in 1986 he chanced to meet Sailor Bob Adamson who had settled in Melbourne following his 12 months with Nisargadatta Maharaj in Bombay. Here Terrence gained an intellectual understanding of non duality. However, it was many years later that his sense of self ('me') finally collapsed.
What resulted was no more searching, no wanting and no desires, and a state of being carefree. It was in this state of collapse that his true nature was revealed; awakening from the dreamed fictitious personal character. Since then Terrence has been pointing the way to non dual realisation or awakening. His pointings are profoundly direct and yet delivered with compassion, warmth and fun!

The voice is very clever as you indicated. I tried to stop entire life . Try to throw it out from me. Re-appears again saying I have achieved what I wanted to give some happiness. Then mind start again . Mind is cheating me entire life. Your speaking saved me Enough force in your talk to convince that I am already that being. I donot have to now improve or world have to improve

I exactly remember the moment, during I was about 7 and I was playing badminton outside. Then I stoped suddenly 4 no particulary reason and wondered and asked myself literally ,, Where this voice come from " ???. Well back then , I did not get the answer...cause it was ,,silence " itself, who already gave me the ,,answer " though...who things, that the ,,answer " would lay in ,,silence " itself. What a dream...of mind...thx Terry 4 having a nice time here with us ❤

The voice and stories are already gone. They were never there. It was all imagination. Timeless perfection noticed. Whatever started telling the stories can stop telling the stories. Simple as that. This is so simple. The answer is always the simplest. So simple as there is already nothing [no things] in this totality to make it complicated. The only imagined complication was the imagined story.

Yes indeed , like space, all things are dependent on space, without space there are no things, without stillness/silence there is no sound/movement

I don't think it's at one year the voice starts ,it starts with your first memory and i quess that's around 2 or 3 years old .So the imaginairy self ,the conceptual thinking and the world are 3 names for the same .And they're all 3 empty .

But to be where pain/discomfort and pleasure/comfort are of equal value, both being meaningless. Where is the fuel to be human in a way that reflects how Nature brings forth life? No words to describe other than Good that does good. I'm sorry if if the question is confusing. Just no words that work.

it is even more lunatic, someone calls you and you two talk on the phone. thinking you are getting somewhere in the conversation. you don' t get anywhere where you haven' t been before or aren' t before or after the talk.
