YES. We were all there at some point! Well. No we weren't XD. Even the fact that there is some kind of relatable-ness to Carl is crazy, considering none of us have had to experience the apocalyptic climate of childhood development lol. If anything people should be even MORE sympathetic. Kids will be kids, it's our jobs as adults to pave the way for them to develop with our support AND on their own. Thanks for the comment mate!

Me too. That final scene just made me so happy! I do agree I wanted more backstory though. It was nice to finally delve into the mysteriousness of her character, but WE NEED MORE XD. I also find it amazing how quickly she has become family ya know. Slowly but surely becoming one of my FAVS.

I COMPLETELY agree. I think I said "Let it out Carl....", which was my way of saying he needs to be able to react this way. He has lost everything Rick has.. AS A KID. So yeah... I completely agree. I don't think people should be mad at Carl. Heck maybe frustrated at him, or frustrated with the situation, but never mad. Both Carl and Rick have lost SO much... it was inevitable that they'd have conflict sooner or later. I'm just glad we're seeing the light side beyond that now :)

Ya know what... I see that. I hadn't thought about the kind of Poetic justice of it really. He would be brutally wounded by the one he so desperately hunted, and then killed by the one he so horrible manipulated - He dug his own grave... that's all I can say.

I KNOWWW RIGHT. No meeting place. I guess I can see it as putting far too much faith in their once safe-haven.. the prison. But even then, the farm incident surely would be enough to create that kind of topic of conversation with the council. Yeah.. I can understand Carls anger, and also understand peoples frustration with him. The comment about Shane... JEEEZZZ. You're right, he was out of order in many aspects. I think most of my sympathy comes from the fact that he has... 1) Developed alone really. I mean he hasn't really had people his age, and for large chunk of time, didn't really have fully engaged parents. 2) He has lost more than most of us will ever lose in like what.. 14 years?! 3) He really is in an unprecedented situation. The apocalypse is ought to throw some more disguised curveballs. This IMO is one of them. So yeah, I'm ultimately frustrated with Carl, frustrated by the situation, but equally am just glad he got to vent, they got to smash it all right then and there, and we move forward in an upward fashion. OH and Michonne being there for him. BONUS.

I completely understand Carls frustration. Obviously it's not Ricks fault... but Carl needed somewhere to vent, he trusted his father, and he misattributed their losses as his fathers mistakes. I feel so sorry for Rick ofc, because he really doesn't deserve it. But it's all part of Carls "Growing Up". I love them both, and tbh am just glad they got to let it all out ya know! @@DanReadd I guess I really liked the final battle with The Governor, it was a good way to wrap his character, + Hershel's death was really sad but made sense since they gave him that episode where he saved everyone with the sickness back in 4x5.

I think I would struggle. However, I feel a situation would force me into it. Therefor making it easier going forward. Killing someone you know? Gosh thats something I don't know if I could handle... So yeah, my gut tells me I'd try avoid it, then get forced into it, then sort of become numb to it!

@@DanReadd yeah and if you think of it, ur like Rick in way cause if you remember he had the same mind point at you, but as time moved on he realized this world was forcing him to be a man he never once in his life expected to be. Seeing your reaction towards this series makes me believe you and him have a lot in common and most likely end up in the same position and situations with either randoms, friends, or even family. Yet be the type of person the group would need to survive

Adults can cope with trauma and loss a hell of a lot better than kids can. Carl was venting to a passed out Rick, he wouldn't have said all that to him if he was awake. It's good he got to let it all out...and in the end, he didn't blame Rick.
