So the first figure is joe,he was not part of Alexandria,but he has his own group (he was the leader) and how he died was when Rick ripped his throat out with his teeth.His character was in season 4

+Billy Mullery Well, there is a Herschel with a removable head figure that's 1/72 in one of the previous sets, so that's close.

Therealdeal the third figure you got is Nicholas from Alexandria and the first figure is axel I think from the prisoner group could be wrong
