That same-themed Disneyland Main Street theatre still exists, but with, since 2005, for the 50th anniversary, the now iconic Steve Martin and (Donald Duck voice Tony Anselmo-voiced) Donald Duck flashback, and the original 1964(?) Audio Animantronic at Disneyland, first afer pre.vyrs.'s "Tiki Room", "Great Moments with Mr.Lincoln." And of course if you went to the modern day "California Adventure" at the animation theatrea, you may remember the similiar film where "Crush the (Nemo>Dory) turtle" is,dude!

Walt Disney:One Mans Dream at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is very similar to The Walt Disney Story.

This might have been released in 1973, but I doubt it. I recall vividly when Walt died (our birthdays were four days -- and more than a few decades -- apart - Walt died 10 days after his 65th birthday), in 1966. Walt had just finished the purchase of the Orlando property for Disney World, and property clearing was done, but he, of course, never saw its completion. This would likely have been released in late 1965. Walt entered the hospital for cervical spine surgery, and it was then discovered that he was in the final stages of lung cancer. The man Walt Disney (and the organization created along with his brother, Roy) were worlds apart from what the organization has become today. While the Disney brand has become phenomenally successful, the social agenda and atmosphere at the company are the polar opposite of the original values, attitudes and sense of morality the original Disney brothers shared. We live in a very different world from the one in which Walt was born, a world much better in some ways, worse in others. Thanks for sharing this film.
