A The Warning concert is intense, but seems like a family event. Fans take care of each other, almost always letting the young kids get up close to the stage. Dany, Pau and Ale are great role models and the influence on the fans is very evident. On concert nights, you can often find the band live streaming the show to their fans who couldn’t be there, in person.

I love the first Pau hit on the drums, those first two seconds are magical to me.

I wouldn't dare pretend to be a TWA spokesperson, but I'm sure many TW fans will agree with me. When I ask KZfaqrs to react to the girls from my favorite band, it’s not with the purpose of seeing if they approve, disapprove, or give a passing grade in an absurdly "condescending" way. Some, incredibly, do take very seriously a role as judge that does not correspond to them, much less do they have the "credentials" to assume themselves as such. What I want is to share my taste and the pleasant feelings that they provoke with their creations, with their work. It fills me with great pride when I see someone else react as favorably as I expect and see them enjoy, like I did at the time, while discovering what this talented trio proposes. It’s very satisfying to find many with whom we share our musical tastes and that sense of belonging that unites us in some way. And it is more gratifying to see that this is increasing exponentially. The sheer joy on their faces, especially Pau, the confidence in this performance is infectious. They've been playing it live since at least last December, I believe, from some fan videos I've seen. I heard a snippet of another new song earlier today.

That guitar is a chain saw, The bass is stomping grit and the drums hammered by a likable beast woman bring thunder in to the house. And Dany she belts out the message from the Gods of Olympus. Let there be ROCK!

They're signed to Lava/Republic Records - Lava is a subsidiary of Universal/ Republic (largest record Label in the world I believe) but there negotiations with Lava took 7 months which usually goes about a month but Lava really wanted them and gave them many concessions and has left them to choose how and when things happen they have actually been a good partner with the band and there existing management and after signing things have progressed pretty quickly , Co-vid probably held the up worse than there label the venue's keep getting larger and larger and selling out and getting upgraded to larger venue's .

I've seen them live 4 times. You definitely have to put seeing them at the top of your bucket liat.

Very nice job guys. I was a bit surprised that I listened all the way through, but your commentary was very insightful, despite the bro language, and I agreed with most everything you said. Loved how you compared your concert experiences and related it to The Warning live concert. The lyrics on most of their songs display an intelligence and contemporary awareness that is indeed powerful and aimed directly at what is happening in the world today. For the most part, they are not joking around and are delivering their message with conviction, backed by impeccable musicianship and stage presence. Long live The Warning!

Great response guys. A not so quick point about being on the radio... "the forefront mainstream", as we old folks remember it, doesn't exist in the same way... Fewer people sit at home listening to their mainstream radio and that is not where the $$$ and recognition are found like the days of not so long ago. MTV being a good example of days gone by. TV dance party music shows are long gone and now it is 8,000 people in the Pepsi Center audience, pages of reaction channels, Patreon, Shiprocked, Rock Drummer of The year, KZfaq, WORLD WIDE touring, and more. The Beatles would have certainly welcomed the number of live shows and world wide exposure DPA have had in just the past year alone. How more "mainstream" could any performer hope to be? Looking at the age range of a large percentage of their fan base and its' cross nation massive composition, it certainly seems like they don't need to "be in" the mainstream... it is more like they are leading "the new mainstream". It was summed up by a number of Lava reps... all echoing similar themes... The Warning came to the Lava table with a fan base in tact and action... social media in large volume active form and everything in place that, as one rep said, "people would pay millions of dollars to have". Speaking of paying millions of dollars, unlike the old days of 1960's "payola" in the mainstream radio world The Warning worked their way to the front of the line through exposure in the new mainstream and showed how they can even have more world wide reaction channels alone playing their music, and getting their name out there, than there are mainstream radio stations still playing rock music. We may miss the good old days but DPA didn't miss the mark... they hit their target and they continue to "bring it home". One of the quieter examples of how entrenched this group has become in real time recognition is the number of covers of their music that show up mixed in with the KZfaq offerings for The Warning. Their super power is live performance. They have tried to get that live sound on their albums, but haven't quite succeeded.

Actually being there is the ultimate, especially if you know the songs inside and out. You can see what each is playing instead of hoping that the camera happens to show it. I was near the front when I went and lined up with Ale. Her bass lines rattle your heart, which is something you just don't get sitting at home with headphones.

No question. Live all the way. I even preferred the fan video over the release.

It’s strange to see that its been so long since good Rock music has been created that these young people believe this is revolutionary stuff. These girls are great & are exactly whats needed in todays modern music scene. Yet, they are not exactly something unheard of. It warms my heart to see real music, actually talented musicians return & get the respect they deserve.
