It is refreshing to see young people playing instruments, writing their own music, and refusing to take the easy way out.

My love for music went dormant in the 90s. My last 2 CDs purchased were Metallica Death Magnetic, 2009 and Stone Temple Pilots Core 1994 lol. Then came these 3 sisters from Mexico and woke up my passion for music They are going to be HUGE!

This particular concert was done on November 25, 2018 in Mexico City promoting their new concept album Queen of the Murder Scene. The entire concert is just epic. Yes their are sister. XXI Century Blood is from the first album of the same name. To date Daniela 19 lead vocals and guitar, Paulina 17 drums backup sometime lead. and Alejandra 14 backup vocals sometimes lead but rarely and bass. They all have been musician at a very young age. There is a video of Alejandra playing a exceptional bass lick at the age of 9, and Pauline doing a cover on the drums at 10. They love what they do and will not compromise who their are for the sake of fame and fortune. Here is a very good interview with the band in March of this year. Just a short note. They are sisters and they are each classically trained on piano, and they write their music and lyrics using the piano as their medium. They have an EP and 2 Albums. XXI Century Blood and Queen Of The Murder Scene which is a concept album that tells a story which is why you see chapters listed every so often. They are also totally independent. And their fans The Warning Army know that not only are they going to be big, but also they are bringing real music back.

Ramones with Joan Jett is not a bad description for that song but they don't have the same sound in their other songs. They really do a punk sound with P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C. but others are power ballads and others are straight on rock. Please do more of The Warning! These girls are REAL musicians. You can find clips of them doing classical piano at age 6 and 8 without the sheet music - they had to memorize it. Francisco gave some great links in the comments below.

They have been releasing all the songs from that concert one by one, starting with all the songs from Queen of the Murder Scene. The Warning Band are from Monterey, Mexico. And yes, they are sisters, Daniela (Dany), Paulina (Pau), and Alejandra (Ale) Villarreal. I have been tracking this band since I say their first video that went viral back in 2015. The reason I listen to them is just what you commented about, they sound like the way rock was played in the 60s and 70s.

These gals “Rock the Casbah”. Dany (lead), Pau (Drums), Ale (bass) are sisters. They are all gorgeous and talented. Now 20, 18, and 15 respectively. They have revived true Rock and Roll thats been stagnated for the last 3 decades. ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks for reviewing. These girls are amazing. What amazes me is how far beyond their years they are. It's fun to watch old (3+ yrs ago) videos and watch them grow. They were great when they did Enter Sandman and only got better. They are the Villareal sisters. Cool thing is that they're doing awesome things with only three members, and English is not even their first language. How many bands also has their drummer as a lead vocalist? They're an independent band and rely on their fans and family for sole support. Odds have been against them in many ways, and they've overcome them while playing at a level better than other rock bands anywhere in the world. Their style, imo, is hard rock and alternative type of music.

Three sisters who have gifted talent yes, BUT have worked hard to learn their instruments and now write, compose and play their own creations. They get better each LIVE performance and haven't taken the easy label auto-tune and sterilize route, no they are the real deal. This group kicks more Hard Rock a$$ than almost any rock band out there today. I tell everyone to enjoy the small venues you can see them now because before long these women will be filling arenas and stadiums with their fans. These women are independent and have complete control of their own music which is great (fan and Patreon supported) their songs are great and LIVE, I mean really LIVE they are amazing now that they are harmonizing more they sound even better. No one plays with more joy and passion today than The Warning!!!!

Hahaha I love the reference point of The Ramones mixed with Joan Jett!! Very apt. Actually QOTMS is the latest record of theirs, a conceptual "rock novel" of sorts, but this was a cut off the first full length LP called XXICB, for which this is the title track, obvi. It looks like Francisco has already given you the scoop below so I won't go into depth here. They are wholly independent and funded by fans through the Patreon artist website. They are serious about maintaining their integrity and "trueness" to their artistic vision...so they will do it the "hard" way and on their own terms without selling out their sound and look to some soulless corporate entity who doesn't care about what it means to make good honest rock n' roll music anymore. Maybe it will come back around here soon cuz people have got to be sick of all the processed garbage foisted upon us by "mainstream" radio...as if anyone listens anymore. I think the girls will stay on their current path perhaps of releasing a single from time to time like they did with their latest "Narcisista" which is their first and only "rock" song in Spanish, and probably will remain that way for the foreseeable future. It is a banger tho!! ;-)

I so love what you said about how music got side-tracked by boy-/girl-bands artificially created by the music industry to earn some fast money. Chew it up with some sampling, quantization and auto-tune, spit it out after a couple of years and create some new sh*** . These girls are real, and the music they play is real. They are having fun and and they make me happy listening to them. Paulina is just down right phenomenal on the drums and she doesn't need any electronic device to keep the beat, and she's in my opinion also the best singer of them. Three sisters from Monterrey. Mx, Each sister started training classic piano at the age of 8, once each one turned 10 they picked up their favorite instruments, they went to Boston Berkeley University for a whole semester to train in classical music, and now we are witnessing they're powerful talent. Queen of the Murder Seen is a Concept album, for those of you who know anything about these types of creations, they are extremely hard to difficult so yes they are going to be huge.
