If 'Waterboy' is old, I must be ancient. Check out Adam Sandler in 'The longest yard' remake. Burt Reynolds also stars in it, and is seemingly "passing the flame."

My son was in the marching band in highschool and there was an incident where some of the football players treated him and his band mates with some serious disrespect. Thankfully the football coach caught wind of it, gave the players involved hell and benched them for a few games. At the next all school pep rally he publicly apologized for his players behavior and reminded everyone of the value the band brought to the games. Loved that guy.

In high school the marching band was probably one of my favorite parts of the game. I was the star player at tailback ended up going to the University of Colorado on scholarship. It's only the week that pick on people. There was nothing like coming out and halftime with the band just clinking and clanking on those drums and xylophones and then hitting those horns. Got me so pumped up.

The "don't smoke crack" is supposed to be partially ironic since it's coming from Lawrence Taylor, who smoked crack back in the day.

Being from the UK I'd love to see DG react to the movie 'Legend' with Tom Hardy playing Ronnie and Reggie Kray. YEOOOOU CAN DOOO IT! Happy Gilmore is another funny Adam Sandler sports movie. 50 First Dates and The Wedding Singer are some of his best. Remember The Titans with Denzel Washington is arguably one of the best football movies ever!

A few good Foosball movies, Remember The Titans (possibly one of the best), Gridiron Gang is not too bad and can get ya in the feels. Rudy is always a win. Longest Yard is very good. Those are just a few.

Old or new Longest Yard? They seemed like very different movies and the association kinda made me dislike the newer one. The 1974 version was pretty good, the new one felt like another one of his silly movies.
