BlackStarPastry西瓜蛋糕： 草莓红提冻 1、30g草莓味QQ糖+30g草莓力娇酒，放进微波炉中火加热半分钟，加入5g吉利丁片（记得提前用冰水泡软）搅拌均匀。 2、4寸方形蛋糕模具底部先包上一层保鲜膜，再包上一层锡箔纸（因为模具底部是镂空的，裹上保鲜膜和锡纸可以达到稳固平稳的效果），放入15个切半的红提和3个蓝莓错落摆放，淋上草莓果胶，冷藏1个小时。 西瓜层 西瓜对半切开再切成1.2cm左右厚的片，再用4寸正方形模具压出所需西瓜块，表面均匀撒上细砂糖（为了给西瓜脱水），可再刷点玫瑰水（也可不刷），静置15分钟。 *玫瑰水：3g玫瑰香精加入9g的水，比例是1:3。 杏仁蛋白饼 1、烤箱事先预热到190℃，将100g杏仁粉倒入铺了油纸的烤盘上，烤3~4分钟。取出，翻拌均匀，再烤2~3分钟，待其表面呈浅金黄色且香味扑鼻时，取出备用。 *需根据自家烤箱的脾气进行温度的调整，切记不要烤焦，否则做出杏仁蛋白饼容易发苦。 2、165g蛋清加3g柠檬汁，分三次加入50g糖打发至干性发泡。 *柠檬汁能让蛋白霜更稳定。 3、烘烤过的杏仁粉中加入27g过筛低筋面粉，倒入蛋白霜中，由底部向上翻拌均匀，避免消泡。 4、烤盆垫层油纸，倒入第三步的蛋白饼干糊，用刮板将其刮平，轻震几下后放入已预热好的200℃烤箱，烤15分钟左右至表面金黄。 5、取出倒扣，撕掉油纸，待其晾凉后，用4寸模具刻出两块杏仁蛋白饼。 玫瑰奶油霜 15g吉利丁片提前用冰水泡软，挤干水分，隔水融化至液态；200g淡奶油中加入15g细砂糖打发至5-6分发，加入6g玫瑰水，和15g吉利丁液，再打发至9-10分发，装入裱花袋冷藏。 组合 一层杏仁蛋白饼，一层玫瑰奶油霜，一层西瓜（铺之前先用厨房纸将西瓜表面水分充分吸干），一层玫瑰奶油霜，再一层杏仁蛋白饼，最后一层玫瑰奶油霜，用刮刀抹平表面，最后放上草莓红提冻，冷藏1-2小时。可撒适量开心果碎和玫瑰花瓣。 西瓜刨冰 1、一个西瓜对半切开，用挖球器挖出12个左右的球冷藏。 剩余果肉挖出榨汁，挖空的半个西瓜皮冷藏。 榨好的西瓜汁用筛网过滤，只留汁水，倒入刨冰机的制冰盒中，冷冻过夜。 2、冻好的西瓜冰放进刨冰机，打成刨冰装在西瓜碗里。摆上西瓜球，可撒巧克力豆。（伪装西瓜籽）

I'm subscribing because even though I can't understand a thing, this is the most HD camera work I've ever seen and it makes the already great aesthetic even more pleasing, the sounds and movements are soothing, the directions seem straightforward as promised, and he does a wonderful job.
