A collection of all the intros to the gameshow "The Weakest Link" that I could find as of August 2019.
Intros that are not present:
- Brazil (unaired pilot) - no footage found
- China - Chen Luyu - no footage found
- China - Shen Bing - no footage found
- Croatia - Mirko Fodor - no footage found
- Estonia - no footage found
- Finland - Riku Nieminen - no footage found
- Malaysia - it's existance is disputed
- Moldova - no footage found
- Norway - no footage found
- Slovenia - no footage found
If you have any footage listed as missing above or that is of a better quality than that in the video, please let me know.
I have made this video under fair use to make these intros available to people to view and be commented on and/or criticized.
All of these intros belong to the BBC and the TV channels on which they were broadcast.
I have used many sources to compile this so if you see something that you originally uploaded, message me if you would like it removed from the video.

Uks currency is pounds Ireland’s currency is euros Japans currency is yens America Mexico Singapore New Zealand and Australia’s currency’s are dollars which look different from each other

In Mexico they are pesos but the symbol is the same on computers, I knew that the dollar symbol was with two lines instead only one

I’ve just noticed that Israel Mexico and England have different theme tune on the weakest link intro

The UK theme was changed in 2001 to the one used internationally.

Hi friends, I was seeing that none of the intros are in HD so I decided to enhance the intro in 4K for the Mexican Version (because it's the version I used to see) The two seasons were enhanced. 1st Season with Montserrat Ontiveros: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eMyImqmJl7Ctio0.html and the 2nd Season with Lola Cortés: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/b5Z9pbJe17LeYKc.html Enjoy ;)

8:58 well that's also from my country, although I didn't like that one as much as the other one because the other one was very similar to the British version, and this one was different or had differences compared to the British version, that's why I like the other one better.

It's the Croatian version and the word she says is "kući", home. She was talking about the highest amount one contestant was able to take... home. ;)

Hi. It depends on what footage I find. I have a checklist for footage from each version (around 70 in total) and various parts of a TWL episode such as the intro, "let's play the weakest link", ending etc... I would most like to do an ending compilation but I could do with finding more footage for that.

Hi. Thanks for the comment. I was only aware of the two hosts pnina dvorin and hana laszlo. Is the intro with another host? Could you point me to it so I can edit it into another version of the video in the future?

Hi. Thanks for commenting. That intro is from New Zealand and it was hosted by Louise Wallace. There doesn't seem to be any full episodes on youtube but that is understandable as it was very short lived in NZ.
