Here is a slideshow of over 100 images from the wedding that won the 2015 AIPP Australian Album of the Year. I made this with Animoto and I’m still amazed at how fast and easy it is to create slideshow videos. I added a couple of video snippets shot with the 8mm app and music from Triple Scoop Music. Erin and Jeremy were married on November 14, 2014 in Montsalvat, Melbourne, Australia. It is a beautiful old artist colony that looks like it belongs in Scotland.

The video might only be seven minutes and twenty-three seconds but it's taking me forty-five minutes to get through it because I'm pausing, admiring, rewinding, and studying these shots so much. And it didn't really even hit me until close to the end that everything is black and white: the capture of emotion and beauty is so vibrant that my brain is seeing it with more color than any non-monochrome photo. I'm adding this to my "I want to capture images like this!" list and will re-watch it a few times a year. Oh and thank you for the phrase you use at the end of some of your videos: "You don't have to be the best, just better than. you were yesterday"... without that reminder I would probably just cry and sell my photography gear knowing I could never capture images like this. So beautify, so inspiring!

I was enjoying the slideshow so much it took me 4 and a half minutes to realize all images were in black and white. I'd love to know, did the bride and groom request black and white, or was it your preference for this slideshow?
