While I enjoyed the end result and that dremel looks like a handy tool to have, it wasn't just the projects that changed the look of that space that much. They more or less completely refurnished the studio which is what made it look so very different.

It's a very clever way to promote Lowes with all the tools and material, i think I will shop at Lowes now and know what to look for! At first I didn't like seeing the quick reveals but then I found myself jumping to the end to also watch the full reveal to guess the projects. THEN I go back and watch the projects being done.

I liked the brick paneling and painting it a color that works with the decor. The peal and stick wood is another easy DIY project which provides texture without a lot of tools or none possibly.

The peel and stick real wood accent on the wall behind the TV is great. Ideal for those who don't want to hammer endless nails or use a power nailgun or glue (like me).

Painting : roll on, brush off ! Way quicker and probably more even. Removing the heavy duty sofas and replacing with light furniture is a major improvement; ditto the upper cabinets.

I hate how in these videos they act like the only obstacle was time. All that fancy new furniture cannot be cheap. Give me a weekend, and 4k to spend on one room and I can make it look awesome too.

Somehow right at the beginning when she said "I'm going to challenge myself and only bring one power tool....", I knew that this wasn't just a "DIY episode", but actually _more_ of an advertisement in disguise. And surprise surprise, it was for the Dremel Velocity!.... Lesson from Lowes, if you have a variety of tools at your disposal to make your life easier, limit yourself to one and _make it a challenge_ rather than having the project come out properly and as efficiently as possible. lol
