His music is so soothing and exquisite. Sometimes a bit depressing, but he exudes such a feeling I can relate with. His music is an epitome of soulfulness and passion and lust. Just cruising around with the windows down, his music playing, while I am in reminiscence, recollecting all those memories of being with that someone. That's what his music does, creates an overwhelming desire for someone, to be with them. It's difficult to convey my emotions, but his music does it perfectly for me.

This song is very very important to me for a really special reason. It's August 11th, this year. I had asked out so many pretty girls in the past 2 years and they all rejected me. Keep in mind, I was going through depression at the time and still am. I found this really cute girl (who I will call "The Bird" as I think thats fitting when talking about The Weeknd and my situation) and thought she would be different from the rest. The Bird said no, but she gave me a hug in the end. I went straight to class right after that and listened to this song on repeat. I couldn't believe how much I could relate to this track. Especially in the second half. Me and the bird became really close friends, but I still liked her a whole bunch. I hated seeing her with other men, and I hated it when I had my first kiss with another girl (who I will call D.D). Someone I didn't like as much as I did with the Bird, I had thoughts of her every kiss I had with D.D. The Bird wouldn't stop talking about me and D.D, so I flipped out at her, I yelled at her about how bloody depressed I was and that she never cared. She did. And she cried the next morning and now I can't look at her in the eyes without feeling guilt/pain. I broke up with D.D right after. The Bird is dating someone 2 years older than her and I hate seeing photos of him and her, but it always brings me back to this song. She talks to me nearly every day, because she cares, but idek. I still sit in a corner by myself crying/listening to either this song or how to love by lil Wayne (HTL was the song that I listened to after my dog/best friend died), but she hangs around for me. I'm still in this situation and really wanna know what I should do. If anyone can help me, please reply. Also, Thank you for being there for me when I needed it, Abel. You're my 2nd fav artist of all time (behind Kendrick Lamar) and you have such a great discography. (Trilogy is my 2nd fav album of all time, behind TPAB) XOFOREVER.
