sykahh I didn't make it, it's the official instrumental. I usually make instrumentals on my mobile phone because I'm broke. They are melodically same, but the sounds are not accurate as I use stock plugins (sounds within the software). @@sweetnsoursus8643 No it isn't. This is most likely from UMPG.com or its from a Promo CD that would typically contain things like instrumentals, etc.

These Promo CDs are often sent for free to clients that license music for TV Ads, Internet ads, use in movies, etc. These aren't typically released to the public because there really isn't a demand and protection of IPs etc. Used to work for Columbia Records for many years and aside from the move to streaming platforms like Spotify not much in the recording industry has changed haha

I did a 12 minutes Long story from gta v but youtube wont publish it Because i used false alarm as one of those songs. :(( help me somehow please.. I trimmed that video on ps4 for 46 hours... And now i cant even publish it.

I don't own the rights. The other instrumentals from were blocked worldwide on my channel as well. Only the first three instrumentals were allowed to be used. They have put a copyright notice on it though so I can't monetize it. I won't monetize it either way because I didn't recreate it. I have recreated a few instrumentals which are monetizable. Why don't you download this instrumental and try putting it into the video? I don't know how it bypassed the worldwide block.

Of course you can use it, I don't even own it. I can send you the link of the high quality instrumental (320 kbps) if you want. But I'm not sure whether you'll get lucky with bypassing the blocking system. My video only has a copyright notice.
