i definetly think that this Is There Someone Else? and Starry Eyes songs should've been one long song, it has a structure like Escape from LA and the transition is so smooth that you can't even notice when the other song begins

It’s been almost 2 years since my first love left me and went back to her ex-boyfriend, and I still can’t get her out of my head😣 I know I messed up, cheated, and lied towards the end in our 1 year long relationship at the time. Tbh I just wish that I could have closure and forgiveness from her at least, but I’m too afraid to reach out to her😞 I know she probably doesn’t even think about me anymore since she’s moved on, but it’s so hard for me still no matter how many times I’ve tried to move on to other women🥺 Honestly sometimes I’m afraid to sleep at night because I just have random dreams about her coming back into my life and being mine again… then I would wake up to see that none of it is actually true😢 Why is it so hard for me to move on from this beautiful woman that I was once in love with?? I only feel pain now ever since she left me, and feel like karma or God is only punishing me for the sins that I have committed while in that relationship with her😭 I lost my first love, then I lost my grandma a few months later, my dad was badly injured from an atv accident after that, and now my family recently caught COVID-19 which caused my other grandma who has stage 4 breast cancer to go into the hospital now fighting for her life😭😭 I just feel like I can’t catch a break cause I have all these thoughts and good memories in my head about her that won’t go away, and always think about ways to make her come back or forgive me some how🥺 Sometimes I even think about writing down all my thoughts/feelings in a notebook that I have left about her and everything that I’ve been going through lately and just sending it to her as a long letter of closure and asking for forgiveness, but idk if I should😞 The only way I’m staying sane and stopping myself from doing that is by listening to The Weeknd & smoking weed everyday😅 I’m sorry I don’t normally let out my feelings like this at all, but I just feel so alone rn like I could really use some support or advice from other people that would wanna reach out to me I guess idk… I’ve just been going through so much ever since it ended with her😔 XO forever!
