so basically hes killing himself for the expectations of people he doesn't know and the whole industry that wants him to be a certain fake image of himself. and when he finds someone "real" he starts to care about he can't enjoy it because he's trapped working inside the entertainment industry to make other people money and eventually has to kill his love life.

In blinding lights, it looked like he was dancing ecstatically around the streets of LA just like when Arthur became the Joker going the stairs. In This video save your tears, he walks around the mannequins drinking like that party scene in Dark Knight. Also when he was forcing the girl to point the gun at himself like that scene in the hospital with two face.

So basically in my opinion it's about the fact that he went out with his ex girlfriend for a while and he done somethings that he shouldn't have. The people with the masks are like that for a reason because he could and maybe can only see his girlfriends face through the crowd at the time of them going out. His ex girlfriend meant so much to him that he effectively didn't find anyone attractive anymore. Possibly the "Save your tears" could mean that there is something much worse to happen to Abel or his ex girlfriend and that their breakup wasn't the worst thing that happened. At this point I'm only speculating though I'm sure there's some videos talking about this if you search it up on KZfaq. XOTWOD
