The Weird World of Sitting Still

3 ай бұрынI sometimes work as a sitter for life-drawing sessions. It's strange to think how many portraits there are of me in the world now, in ink, paint, pencil. Here are some of my thoughts about this unique experience.

Congratulations on learning zazen (sitting meditation) completely independently 👍👍. U have managed to achieve something many Buddhists struggle with.
