My gosh girlfriend you are a model!!!! I'm 74 with long gray hair and I have someone in my family who never misses a chance to put me down. I just don't care what people think anymore. I have a finite amount of time left on this earth and I'm going to do and look the way I want! You go girl. You are gorgeous and if someone doesn't like your hair then tell them to look elsewhere!!!

Interestingly Jane Iredale has been making a mineral foundation ( vegan / cruelty free) exactly the same as this Chanel for + years now too…sheer to medium coverage but no SPF rating. Not sure how they compare ? Beads/ spheres are liposomes. My skin at 61 is combination is always difficult with foundation as I don’t like powder at all. Love the look on you ….simple and elegant. Just wish these major cosmetic players were cruelty free .

Nikol, you should be the face of Chanel. You have the beautiful, mature, classy look about you. When I first saw you put on the makeup, I thought Whoa! The makeup is wearing her. Then, by the time you were done, I saw perfection. I will definitely give this one a try. Your brushes came this afternoon and your Nikita Banana. I tried the powder right away. I REALLY like the Chanel water makeup! So does my daughter. Worth ever penny! It’s SO easy and SO natural-looking - just better skin. Less is more! I didn’t like the brush that came with it but my daughter did. I didn’t find the lash primer any better than less expensive. But, I only use lash primer for certain occasions and always use lash serum, so I don’t worry about the chemicals on my lashes.

🌸 I know this was made for mature skin, however there are many benefits for younger women also ☺️ The fact that the coverage is that impressive while staying light & fresh due to its components. It means ladies that are trying to hide blemishes that usually require concealer, correcting & full coverage can actually use this to replace their former steps I can’t wait to discover how long it lasts, I especially love fact it’s not transferable

Hi Nicole, I've been watching you for a long time. This particular video led me to subscribe. The chanel foundation really did it for me. Simplicity was the key. Although I've enjoyed all your past videos this one was the one I was waiting for. Less is more for this South Florida woman. Your skin looked so natural, beautiful and not like a patchwork quilt with this product, which is the way I end up looking like😂especially when I use a bunch of different products. I'm not very good with the blending. Anyway thank you so much. I adore what you do for us over 70 woman. Thank you ever so much!!

Love your channel and videos that can certainly assist me - just recently turned 70 and reside in a neighboring city north of your Ft Laud address. I always smile when you mention our S FL heat and humidity - yes, feel it for sure. I did want to comment on this foundation since I remember using a very similar formulation probably 15 yrs ago or more put out by Laura Mercier. It worked well for me with my oily skin then. Now, I have a variety of foundations lined up and nothing pleases me, so I listen to your information intently, hoping something looks like a possibility for me. Thank you for all your info!

I love this stuff!!! I use the water fresh tint brush or Chanel's flat angled foundation brush. I apply the foundation in a VERY small pump to the BRUSH head....and then apply in a "3" to one half of my face. LOVE. THIS. STUFF. Light coverage...feels like NO makeup....and lasts all day!!

That foundation color is beautiful on you, I’m so confused I don’t know what to use anymore! Need help so bad from facial cleansers and skin care, to best makeup products! I’m almost 49 yrs old, had a baby at 43 yrs old, and my skincare and makeup products has went down the drain if you know what I mean. I’m trying to follow some of your recommendations but there’s so many that I get anxiety and panic attacks trying to figure out what I need to use at my age, for skin care and an easy makeup application for the day! I have this foundation and I do love the way it feels on my skin. It has more coverage than the previous one and it is really interesting the way it works. I also got the blush but I got the pink one and it isn’t as intense as the one you used. I got the only color available when I ordered. I love the eyeliner tip as I do have big eyes and I am starting to have small hoods to work with. Thanks 😊

Wow. Intriguing. Thank you. I want to try it but it will be a while. I've new Mac foundation (& I'm happy with it.) & I do not wear makeup every day. But definitely want to try this foundation. Lovely make-up lesson. I wash my face with Cetaphil and rinse. Then I use sunscreen with matte make up by Coola spf 30. I will check out the eye makeup you suggested. Thanks a bunch.

Thank you for the comment about the fold on your eyelids when doing the eye liner little flick up! I also have that fold! Additionally, my eyelids are not symmetrical and I have a scar on one eye (from a childhood accident). I've tried every winged liner trick, tip, hack, and they never work for me! I accepted that a big wing is just not for me. What I can do is what you did so it was sort of validating to see a pro do it this way😃

I just found your channel today...and so far, I have watched so many "makeup" channels who seem to know things...but, really don't cater to all audiences and you seem too...and the thing is...I have found that no one has covered anything about those like me...have deep wrinkles...I am 68...and I have deep wrinkles which now makes makeup no fun...foundations seem to just make them more noticeable instead of making them less noticeable because they seem to just settle into the lines.....and I get so frustrated that I just stopped wearing makeup...and my budget isn't big like I can keep buying to try each one or what was suggested and fail...I used to be able to just choose my own and enjoyed doing makeup...but, now...nope...I hate it at the moment...and also...ignore those thoughtless comments about leaving Sephora... advice needed...I am so lost...

That mascara looks amazing on you. With that tiny bit of liner and that mascara, your eyes look beautiful -you need not a thing more on your eyes. I’m not a makeup expert,but that foundation is tempting me to try it; I’ve never worn foundation because it just does NOT work for me at all, :^) I think this is the best I’ve seen you look in a video!
