DESCRIPTION: Welcome back to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Season 3! Today we’re unlocking and checking out the new aftermarket part in MWIII for the KV Broadside shotgun from MWII called the “Jak Jawbreaker Kit”. This AFTM part changes the KV Broadside from a shotgun into a battle rifle, and this has to be one of the weirdest aftermarket parts we’ve gotten in Modern Warfare 3 so far. MW3 has had a lot of AFTM parts, but this one completely converts the KV Broadside into a new gun. Is it any good though? Let’s find out…

To add clarity to the aftermarket kit for the KV Broadside. In the real world, there are kits that turn the Saiga 12G Shotgun into a rifle. It's usually .308/7.62x51mm NATO or 7.62x54R, they're really cool and I in fact have a regular 12G Saiga and a 7.62x54R conversion Saiga. Also irl they aren't 3D-printed lol

I’ve also seen conversions for .50 BMG, .223 Remington (basically just 5.56), and 9mm, albeit only in video games, so idk if they actually exist.

@@TheMichaelAltman the SASG just stands for Saiga Automatic Shotgun. The KV is based off the VEPR-12, which is closely related to the Saiga-12K.

@@davidmagana556 They're the exact same. Saigas are made at Izhmash Veprs are made at Molot. They're both exactly the same. I have pinned the barrels on both. With both utilizing RPK receivers.

here's the build i used when i unlocked it, it felt really good: Jak jawbreaker (obviously) t51r billeted brake L Bruen heavy support mors dot sight demo-x2 grip it feels great out to about 40 meters give or take

I once able to put 4 barrel in a daemon pistol i forgot how.. it’s on my first load out though so i change it, i can’t replicate it anymore at best i got 3 barrel at once.

The muzzle was bugged on the MP matches. It didn't have any on. That's why it had more recoil.

havent used it yet but the best build would def use the zehm 35 compensated and the jak glassless optic, maybe try that it! should help with the recoil!

The Jawbreaker, as far as I can tell, is almost always a 3 shot kill on full plates. It's a 5 shot. So it has a lot of power. It just needs to be built around its limitations.

For those who see this when the class edit mid game bug is still around, switch to a class thats not the one you want to edit, edit whatever things, then re-equip that class, and then itll stay the rest of the match. No idea why its like this, but thats my work around

This aftermarket part is pretty much how I built my kv broadside in mw2 made it shoot far and put slug rounds on it, even though I think I put explosive rounds because it was funny

Heads up The gun isn't supposed to use muzzle attachments. They don't actually change anything, so it was probably never meant to be allowed.

Merk, the best thing to do is use the underbarrel grip that reduces horizontal recoil and the rear grip that reduce recoil. after that, a good sight and your pick otherwise

Okay, i think there's a bug with mags because I've had the same issue where i have a 12 round mag, and in game i would have 8.

I don't care that it's not meta, that thing looks sick and I love how the KV Broadside handles animation-wise, I just don't like the fact that it's a shotty, so this is amazing for me, I'll be sure to be rocking this from now on 😊

If your changing parts mid-game, it wont register the change. It keeps happening to me when im swapping attachments for other guns

Sloth skin is funny. Servers went down and messed up progression yesterday so that's why we have 2xp but only for today. And they updated the trello board so that glove not having camos is a bug.

For the gun nerds, the conversion kit for the VEPR-12 (KV Broadside) isn't real. However the gun that this kit is based around it is the AK .458 prototype from Tromix Lead Delivery Systems, and Sharps Bros.

Hey because people don't understand that cod and players have different definitions for terminology a clean kill is a kill without missing or a one shot kill (hence every kill in hc works but not in core) and a wuickscope kill is just a kill shortly after ads hence why you can "quickscope" with an lmg even if it's a slow ads. Hope this helps some people with challenges

Before it was usually stuff like pistol into smg or full auto into burst, which is mainly just a change of fire rate and well obviously dmg that comes with it etc, but not as big of a change as shotgun into battle rifle

Loadouts are bugged and don’t update properly while you’re in a game, forcing you to reequip the updated loadout every life until the game ends and it updates your loadout properly

I found a work around where if you equip a class thats not the one you want to edit, edit whatever in that first class, then re-equip it, itll then save and you dont have to keep selecting the class again

I have a great idea. Instead of having 2 rams, 5 scar H’s, 5 AK’s, and 3 versions of the Aug, let’s just have one of them and then give it multiple conversion kits to turn them into the other weapon class variants
