There are many Pete Townshend songs that he demoed but The Who never recorded during 1964 to 1969. Seems that half the demos he did for the band s first album "My Generation" were rejected. So their first album is a mix of a very first rejected by the record label LP and the songs the band did for their planed second album.

It's a home demo with Pete T. singing and playing everything.It's playing too fast (and therefore too high) here though.
