Wii starter list could be a series. Not cheap but Wii light gun games especially the Arcade ones were the perfect fit on the Wii. Missed opportunity, should have been many more

Oooo, this is a really fun list! A few that I highly recommend are Final Fantasy The Crystal Bearers, which is underrated gem that deserves way more love than it gets, and runs for around $10-15 USD, Chocobo's Dungeon, a super charming rougelike with the classic Final Fantasy job class system, (around $15-20 USD) and Wario Land Shake It, one of the most stunningly gorgeous 2D platformers, and a follow-up to Wario Land 4, it usually runs around $15-20 as well.

Shake It! is one of my absolute favorite Wii games. I truly think it's a classic that a LOT of people slept on and need to play. I'm adding Crystal Bearers and Chocobo's Dungeon to the wishlist! Thank you so much for the suggestions, and for watching! :)

Excellent list! Can’t go wrong with Mario Galaxy and Donkey Kong Country returns - the best 3D platformer ever made and one of the best 2d platformer as ever made too!

Mario galaxy 1 & 2 are personally some of my favorite Mario's titles. Not sure what wii sports is going for these days but that would deff be on my list

...crap. I KNEW I forgot to mention something in this video: Wii Sports gets a pass because it's ubiquitous: everyone needs it if they own a Wii. That's just an automatic for me. :)

Ghostbusters is one of my favorite games on the PS3. Never tried it on the Wii. Guilty Party is one I have never heard of. Will be on the lookout for it. I agree that Epic Mickey is a fun game. The camera is a bit frustrating but all in all it’s a really good game. Never played that Batman or Pirates game either, very cool. Thanks for recommending some games I have never played on this system. Really cool video man. 👌🏼

Solid list. I would add Kabookii if I could. It's a party game made by the team behind the Cranium board game. I feel that it's over looked as shovelware

I super duper enjoyed all your choices. We have to get Guilty Party. Love 4 player games. Actually I could see myself playing any one of these games. Very happy you included RE4. I’ve heard people say that it is the best way to play it. I had no idea that Tiger Wood ‘10 had disc golf in it. My brother plays disc golf. I also played it once with him but “play” is a strong word. I was there. 😂😂 Donkey Kong Country Returns is the only one in the franchise I haven’t played. I need to remedy that. Scott and Denis played through Batman The Brave and the Bold. They had a lot of fun. Pirates Plundarrr! Yes!!! It is so friggin’ good unless your playing with Denis using a weapon that screws everyone up! Another great video my friend.

I had completely forgotten about Disc Golf on Tiger Wii - and I worked on it! It was a pleasant surprise to boot up that game and see a mode I'd completely spaced out on. I thank you, Scott, and Denis for suggesting Pirates - it's legit one of my favorite games on the console I'd never even heard of before you guys talked about it. You guys HAVE to play Guilty Party - it's SO GOOD.

It is amazing how cheap Wii games seem to be. I don't think I own any that cost over $20. So if I was building a Wii collection from scratch I would get the following games. Prices for CIB pulled from the Gameye app. $11 Batman Brave and the Bold-I still need to find this game. Such a great cartoon. $16 Kirby's Epic Yarn-Another I need to track down. I only recently fell in love with Kirby. $12 No More Heroes-Such a crazy game. $7 Boom Blox-An enjoyable casual game. $7 Epic Mickey-This is pretty much exactly what I wanted from a Mickey game. $15 Zelda Twilight Princess $15 Metroid Prime 3 $12 TMNT Smash Up For a total of $95.

RE4 on Wii is THE definitive version of the game. It is why I bought a PS Move for RE5.

The Wii has been one of my favorite systems to collect for I originally dismissed the Wii when it was current but wow have I been so many wonderful games in the library I’m looking forward to picking up tiger 10 in the future and Batman the brave and the bold one game for my Wii starter list would have to be smack down bs raw 09 o go back to it so much

In now getting wii games for my dolphin emulator build. and first i watched all games list and its flooded with bad games. but than i picked games i liked and there really is a TON of amazing games you cant get on different consoles because of the wii controls.

You hit the nail right on the head - the hard part about the Wii is wading through the garbage to find the gold. But there is decidedly a lot of gold to find!

I need to look for some of the 5 I don't have. Out of this list Epic Mickey is my favorite. Love it. I got the Epic Mickey paint brush chuk accessory still in box as well as the charging stand statue(need to get it out of storage and on display/use).

Not trying to be rude here, but semantics? I can just as easily say it's a light gun game with movement centered on the thumbstick. It's a good game, you shoot like you would in an arcade light gun game, and you move like a traditional third person action title.

To me good Wii games are 1. Mario kart Wii 2. No more heroes 2 3. No more heroes 4. Resident evil 4 5. Super Mario Galaxy 6. Super Mario Galaxy 2 7. The legend of Zelda : Twilight princess 8. House of the dead overkill 9. The conduit 10. Red steel
