Was listening to local Pittsburgh sports radio today, they mentioned something about fleury not liking to play against the pens and vice versa. Like they gave him the choice to play tonight or agains Boston and he chose Boston. Sounded more like a fact than a guess but who knows.

Alan Walsh will have something to say. Please Mr. Walsh ask for a trade to Edmonton. He’s exactly what the Oilers need right now.

I am an Oilers fan but I am from Minnesota. I would have liked the North Stars if they were still here, I do love those North Stars inspired alternate jerseys. I do wish they would use the 1988 design with the black stripe as well though

He didn't want the spot and he's not great against former teams. Besides we needed a vet for a tough team and he came through in Boston

Pens with the Win! Gus allows 4 on 29 shots, with a 86% save average. Was it worth it John Hynes?

Hynes screwed him… there’s no other way to look at it. He had the power to change the rotation schedule, but didn’t. I hate him for it because it was downright cruel on multiple levels. Flower was a professional about it of course. But I’m certain it hurt him. And I’m pissed at Guerin, too. Guerin had the power to make the change, but kept quiet. They are benching this future HOFer way too much. They know it’s his last year and they are aware of the records in front of him. Cruel. That’s the only word that fits. I’m livid about it.

Yeah..... his numbers against former teams are pretty bad, too. Besides the Wild have a hole to dig out of and Boston is the better team. Seems like a great decision to put the vet against them... I thought we were gonna lose that one no matter what. Besides you can't make business decisions based on emotions lol

Gustavsson is the better goalie for the Wild. They’re trying to win games and get going towards a playoff spot. Fleury also has a pretty poor record against his former team. No time for sentimentality, and they didn’t screw him over in any sense. Good article about this on The Athletic today, by Rob Rossi.

Wild coach, John Hynes is a piece of garbage for this decision. I've never cheered on Pittsburgh in my life, especially as a Minnesota resident. But as this game is played, I hope Gus gets lit up!

I felt the same way!!! I HATE Hynes and Guerin for this! And if Gus had any balls-and respect for Marc-he would have told Hynes he wasn’t going in. Gus is arrogant. He’s high on himself. He makes many comments that are self-praising. And in watching his interaction and body language around Marc, I don’t think he cares much about him. He never shows much excitement for Marc on the ice after Marc wins. He gives Marc a lackluster congrats, barely even smiling. I don’t like him. Flower can skate circles around him!!!
