To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? He that has ears to hear, let him hear. Are you saved? Where will you go when you die? Heaven or hell? For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT.

What is the stuff used to fill the spaces in between the form during alteration? And why is a plastic bag used to cover the head during the sewing process? Thanks

i'm not sure about the fill-in stuff, but iirc the head is kept in a plastic bag to prevent it from drying out fully before the head is worked on, since it needs to go on a bit damp.

How do you know how big the construction has to be?? Is it just trial and error or do you somehow measure the hide before?

There is a series of measurements that are taken right after the skin is fleshed and split and turn. Before salting to send to a tannery.

Humans do some pretty weird stuff. Like ‘hey I just killed and skinned this animal, let’s make it look like it’s alive again. After yknow I killed it’

LunaDrawsSongs Drawings - Most likely. However, they don't kill these animals for the fur. They generally collect if from animals who died humanely in captivity.

@@threeleggedrat9229 Actually the majority of taxidermy is just the hide from animals that are killed on hunts. all you have to do is use the hide and you can still use the rest of the animal for food
