Forget about all the expensive gear and equipment. It's all about the super secret Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Grip Technique on the bars and the hidden electric motor they added later. Shaving the beard may get you below 1.5! : )

Who does this guy think he is?! I'm an expert aerodynamical engineer from American University off of the distinguished Ben White Boulevard. Everybody knows it is not the Exploding Heart Grip Technique, but the goofy goober rock theorem of relativity that yields MEGA watt savings. Next time check your facts before you post such a preposterous fallacy.

Great video, Ben seems to be like JAVI Gomez-Noya, super nice and humble. "stacked hands", how most Tour time tialists position themselves. So what is benefit if in actual race you are reacting to the race dynamics compromising your most efficient aero position. : ( Or if you just stay AERO regardless of race dynamics would this translate to quicker/faster run?

Your CDA is surprisingly poor, seems like you need more drastic approaches: high hands / mantis position etc etc
