TheTekkForce Jamie killed the mad king cause he was going to kill everyone in King's Landing with his family in it. It wasn't about the method of wildfire. As Jamie once said he's saved 1 million people, the population of King's Landing. Jamie also says to Brienne, this is paraphrased "if your Precious Renly ordered you to kill your family and a million innocent people, would you have kept your vow then?" Jamie made that choice already, Cercei made the other and blew up their uncle and cousin, her own son's wife and brother, and whoever the fuck else was collateral damage. The line in the sand has been drawn it's only a question of which side Jamie will stand on. Sidenote: I wonder if the dying in the bath tub line means anything? "I don't intend to be the first Lannister to die in a bath tub". That would be a good place for Jamie to strangle Cercei. She doesn't deserve to be eaten by a dragon.

That was the most nonsense and stupid scene in the entire series up to that point. She would have been eaten alive by raging mobs, her own guards would have turned on her and every rival lord in the region would turn on her as an easy target to overthrow. Also the explosion just screamed "we don't know where to go with all these interesting plots and scheming that GRRM set up for us, so we're just going to wipe the slate clean and go for unearned and empty shock value."

How would he NOT be there? 1) Varys leaves on a mission to get allies in Westeros and ships for Daenerys's army. 2) Varys promises revenge to the Sand Snakes and Olenna Tyrell through "fire and blood" (Targaryen house words). 3) We finally see Daenerys's fleet, and it's full of Tyrell and Martell ships. 4) Then we see Daenerys with her advisors on her personal ship. With all the Tyrell and Martell ships surrounding her, it wouldn't make sense if Varys wasn't there.

She leaves Bravos one episode, then, surprise, Frey's crossing next episode. People go all over the place, taking several episodes or entire seasons to get to destinations, or magically crossing oceans halfway through a single episode. When things are actually happening is really unclear.

I don't see the problem. Time passes between scenes. That's how it is in all fiction. It doesn't have the same amount of time between each scene or each episode. This is how it's always been. Season 1, episode 1: Cersei and Jaime are in King's Landing, attending the funeral of Jon Arryn, who seemingly just died. They have no idea they're going to travel to Winterfell soon. Season 1, episode 1: Cersei and Jaime are in Winterfell. That's just within one episode. There's no telling how long time passed between season 4 and Arya arriving in Braavos in season 5 episode 2, but it doesn't have to be long, because the journey from the Eyrie across the *Narrow* Sea to Braavos isn't very long. Then she left Braavos at the end of season 6 episode *8*, and arrived in episode *10*. That's two episodes for a journey much shorter than KL-Winterfell. King Robert's trip to Winterfell with so many horses and people, even carriages, should take at the very least three times as long as Arya's trip to the Twins from Braavos. At the *very* least. Maybe four or even five times as long. And than happened in, what, half an episode? Less than half? A few scenes between? People who think characters are travelling faster than they've always done are kidding themselves.

I don't know. In the show, Dany taking out the Khals definitely seems to imply she can't be burnt. The fire completely incinerated her clothes and she was just fine. There wasn't any blood magic in that scene.

When her dragons were hatched, there was a red comet flying over Planetos (Yes, the world is actually called planetos, and the comet was more significant in the book) As for the scene where she killed the Khal, that's an invention from the show, hasn't happened in the books yet.

Yeah, the show and books seem to differ on whether or not Dany is fireproof. Either way, it was a dumb joke of me trying to find some way for Margaery to survive because I like her.

Yea, probably they are going to kill even much more loved characters, but i think the final end of GoT will be a happy one, with the white walkers beeing defeated.
