In Part 2 of our Wine Show Tuscany Special, we're still in Bolgheri and Joe is taking Dominic to visit the vineyard of Super Tuscan winemakers, I Greppi. They head off in the Fiat500 down the Viali di Cipressi, a 5km long road shaded by enormous Cypress trees. At the vineyard, Dominic meets Dale Heaton and gets stuck in to picking some Cabernet Franc before heading off the winery to do a barrel tasting and get their feet wet preparing some brand-new French oak barrels, ready for the new year's vintage.
