台灣湘菜名廚的老菜譜有道冬瓜雪。冬瓜切片蒸熟，壓泥，毛豆火腿少許，生雞蛋清打成濕性發泡蛋白，冬瓜泥加點高湯毛豆燴，最後加入打發的蛋白，加鹽少許，沟薄芡，整鍋像冬天的雪堆在冬瓜泥上，名為冬瓜雪。

When you have a lot of one ingredient the cook has to be creative with ways of preparation. Lee is a very good cook . I like to make foods in many different ways too . I like to try new foods . All of the food always looks delicious 😋.

多餘的冬瓜 可以用鹽巴(粗鹽)醃製起來 到冬天時 可以拿來做火鍋或煮粥等等 美味

小莉，冬瓜可以切成小塊然後熬煮成冬瓜糖，冬瓜糖在煮水變成冬瓜茶很退火的，但是要用很多冬瓜才能熬煮成糖，煮好了放在模器裏，晾涼了就可以切成小塊方便保存

Your kids are incredible... trying every food and also liking it ...so much varieties and they’re eating almost everything .. I know a lot of kids who are very picky and do like only one or two foods they want to eat every day the same 😂😂😂😂

冬瓜肉用果汁機打後，可加檸檬蜂蜜攪拌均勻，就是冬瓜檸檬蜂蜜汁！很好喝喔！可以試試看！

我們台灣有傳統點心，用冬瓜做冬瓜條（甜的)，也可以做成冬瓜茶非常好喝

不只是"台湾"特有 ! 这是个非常普遍的中国食品， "糖冬瓜干"，可用於好多的甜品饮料. 新加坡/马来西亚40多年前就有瓶装的冬瓜茶出售.

Wax gourds way too heavy, I don't know how you two got them back to the house. Our little chef describes cooking techniques just like an adult. She is going to be a very good chef one day. Baby Yike is crawling so good, and playing with his toys, cute cute cute, the way his hair is combed. That soup looks yummy. Enjoyed you all as usual. Love to all, see you next time.💙💙

小莉，first time I saw you put on gloves! Yr winter melons are much bigger to what I planted...I HV big ones as 8kg but our harvest are not in that way. We harvest quite young. My this season harvested more than 30 with two vines only but we're around 2-3 kgs per melon. Your 一可。。。wow first time I saw him sitting straight...wonderful...
