It doesn't serve any purpose when we ponder on the same thing over and over again. The point is to move on and reverting to the same thing doesn't make the situation any better. Did you have instances where you struggled to get out to something and it became too difficult to get it off the mind?

Yes of course. I have struggled with letting go of a lot of things and it is only with time and practice that I have learnt to let go what doesn’t serve me any longer
