fr the wind physics is unmatched to any open world. Witcher 3 you hear winds and you'll see trees leaves etc. moving along with it and the birds flying away from trees. Even newer games fails to replicate that immersion @@artorias550

With the NExt Gen Update the Game looks way better than in 2016. And on an OLED TV with 4K an HDR, you dont need a reshade because it looks awesome enough.

Something similar happens with books. When you remember a line from your book you remember the scene you read not the actual “lines”, because it’s your imagination in action. With games it’s a little different but I’d say you remember the experiences and that’s why a game always looks better in what you remember of it that it actually is

I have played this game only year ago. What a masterpiece, i have never played such a good game. Nothing can compare. Perfect in all aspects: story, music, combat, side story, world, mini game, jokes, characters. I have finished story 2 times in a row with 2 different ending. And played about 300 hrs. I will never forget it. No other game can give such a brilliant feeling.

@@thauanalberto97 yes skyrim just have a lot of mods, you can make that game look just the way you want, is pretty cool to be honest you have so much freedom to make the game look so good. I have made a modlist for skyrim with 1700 mods and man it really looks good.

Wow, this looks EXACTLY like it did during that E3 trailer. The bending trees, the lighting. Like this looks like it was lifted right out of that original presentation. Witcher 3 was always a beautiful game, but you could tell they stepped it down to work on consoles from what it could have been. You brought it back to life here.

I had not had a console since the PS1 in my teens up to 35, where I bought a 2nd hand PS4, and witcher 3 was the first game I played, and I can't find the words to describe the experience it was. I played it over the course of a winter, I had taken time off work, and for a while it felt like I lived in that world. Everything from story to graphics, soundtrack, etc... was lightyears from what I remered from video games, it felt more immersive than any book or movie or anything, it felt like my TV was a window to another reality. No other game had such effect, even now when I see videos of the game the memories it summons feel like they're in the same part of my mind as the memories of places I've visited in reality rather than memories of games, and such graphics make it even more so. I can't wait to be able to play this with graphics like these on a vr headset

Great work. Respect. I personally prefer vanilla, as the original artistic vision fits in better with the fantasy setting, but for those seeking a more realistic approach, this is hands down one of the best reshades I have seen.

the camera angle is freaking perfect. hey man, you see at 7:10, I would love it if you did a hunt with this exact setting and cloak, with no subtitles and gerald narrating his hunt...would be so good. Of course it is only a suggestion. Do what you do man, subscribed :)

Still to this day, the Witcher 3 stands as my favorite open world rpg of all-time, it's kept that place for a loooong time now. No game has come close to the perfection of the Witcher 3, but some close contenders are Elden Ring, Kingdom Come Deliverance and Cyberpunk 2077. The Witcher 3 had the best writing, lore, story, combat, exploration, progression, atmosphere, expansions, and memorable characters, I've played through it three times, and each playthrough there was always something new to find, I make it a point to do a Witcher 3 playthrough at least once every 2 years, a lot of people can't let go of Skyrim, well for me the Witcher 3 is that game, I've always stuck with and it's even better modded, and there are some great mods out there. My Steam page says I've played the game for 1,107 hours, and that's not even counting the time I played it on the PlayStation when it first came out.

When i retire in like 20 yrs, im going to get a proper gaming pc and mod witcher 3 to my hearts content. Gonna make geralt as book accurate as possible, seen a few combat mods i feel are more book accurate as well. Gonna tinker with reshade to give the world this particular gloom i always imagine whilst reading the books. Its gonna be a dream come true.

Very nice job. Most of the so-called 'photorealistic' reshades seem to be either washed-out to the point of being practically black and white or over-saturated to the point of looking like a cartoon. The colours in this look very natural though.

Well i have made more reshades, in total i have made 3, if you like more a fairy tale & fantasy you should check my Atmospheric reshade i have a video on the channel with that one and is also on nexus mods if you look for it. And i also made one more grim look and a photorealistc is this one you see here on this video, 3 different vibes to fit more other styels tha most people have.

This looks pretty good, very natural feeling color grading, but god is this soft ! I think we've got a mouse slip on the chromatic aberration slider capt'n ! Still, with a bit of DIY tweaking on my end, I could see myself using this ! nice work ! Curious to see how it fairs in HDR !

I have played the witcher 3 next gen in HDR but i don't mind to play without it on old gen, the game visuals still good without HDR, but i understand people like HDR more so thats also ok.

I picked up Witcher 3 after its Next Gen Update 4.0 last year and iam hooked since. Its great quality and storytelling made me never consider Skyrim again. Witcher 3 is also one of the few games where I dont use a Reshade, the base max graphics look great as they are. I play without Raytracing since that eats up FPS and creates alot of dark spaces which I dont like. Your Video and Preset looks good apart from those dark spaces, might be realistic but I wanna see stuff when palying :)

@@OSTVerse thanks, that is a bonus that griffin armor gives to the runes you use on swords, but i use a mod called Universal Grandmaster Bonuses that gives all bonuses from all witcher armors in the game at the same time on any armor you use. This way you don't need to use a specific armor if you like the bonus that it give you.

thanks, you mean does collections on nexus mods ? like a full premade modlist ? I did not do that because on my videos have all of the mods like a collections already in my videos descriptions. Also does collections from nexus they use vortex i am not a fan of vortex, is good because install all mods automatic but sometimes it create a lot of issues and some mod authors dont recommend using it, so instead is better install mods manual less issues.

Really bad video compression, even in 4K60FPS. Next time, keep a constant bitrate from 40,000Kbps to 50,000Kbps (that's because you're focusing on fidelity first and foremost). It can also depend on if the footage is 30 or 60 FPS, but since you uploaded with 4K60FPS you should go with the highest bitrate you can manage. As it stands, the video looks kinda blurry, and the low bitrate is especially noticeable because of the foliage in the environment. Also, less motion blur and sharper anti-aliasing would go a long way. What's the point of 4K when you can't even see edges with more clarity, or barely any image details in comparison to 1080p?

Yeah you maybe right, i need to check it out on the editor program and see whats wrong on video quality, thing is when i render the video everything looks really good but then youtube makes a lot video compression.

Thank you, you can play with RT ON or OFF is up to you, the performace depends on your PC but should be around 10-15 fps lost
