So glad Monica is okay! My stag was also broken and crucio concoction leaked a bit but they quickly replaced the stag which was lovely. Loved the box, can't wait for the next quarter! ❤

Awwwww me too honey but they have been brilliant with me. They are sending me a new stag. The potion bottle is still incredible so I didn’t think it was necessary to replace 🥰

My Stag was broken as well I contacted them and they sent me a new one and thankfully this one wasn't broken. My potion was leaking as well

Exactly the same happened to me, potion leaked and the antlers on the stag broken 😟 It took very long for me to get it as well. It arrived today (june 11 😅) to Sweden.

When our Children are in a kerfuffle of any kind . We are shaken and it takes more then a day to get over .. Ok or not it was a traumatic ordeal.. cut yourself a break.. Great box and video honey .x
