I will say the ending is a good reverse of the normal sort gag you'd see in things like the end of Swing Swift Cinderella, and considering that this cartoon is all about how things have changed it makes it fitting too.

Childhood memories WKBS Channel 48 Phila, Pa. 1960's These were WWII vintage even then.But still funny. The sound effects really bring me back.

I think Red is meant to be a nerdy teenage girl, not a fully grown woman. One will notice she is not quite as endowed as the other red riding hoods of the time.

That’s exactly what I thought, also knowing she was a kid 10 years ago would make sense for her to be a teenager. Also it seems like she inherited her grandmother’s house after she passed away, so she owns her house now.

In this hilarious cartoon, the wolf reverts 2 his old ways, but the tables get turned on him. Believe me, Paul Terry really knew how 2 make funny shorts like this one!

The Three Pigs aren't so little anymore-and they've built other devices to stop the wolf. Red Riding Hood sings and plays the piano now,eh? Times do change.

Those three little piggies aint so little anymore. Them being in the construction bussiness fior 10 years? Wow, aint no huff or puff that's gonna blow _them_ down anymore. All three of them are brickhouses now. As foe Red Riding Hood. Glasses arent really such a turndown trait anymore. But her being so into kissing someone who literally ate her when she was a kid? Yinkies, what kind of romance has _she_ been reading these past 10 years? As for the ending. Those girls are into wolves? Dude must have leprechauns in his veins ó.0

I wonder if the first two pigs still use cheaper straw and sticks in the houses they put up, though. Wait until the Fairy-Tale Land housing authority huffs and puffs and sends them a citation for cutting corners.

The straw is used for parts of city with low income housings while branches are for new agers

Considering that Red Riding Hood was a werewolf story; it makes sense he'd be popular, after being released from prison. Next to vampires, women consider wolves sexy

I honestly don't think Red was meant for Wolfy. It seems he initially "fell in love" for her physical appearance when he first opened the door. He obviously didn’t plan ahead of how meeting up with her was going to be like. He seemed happy with those girls at the end because they liked him for being himself.

Yeah, this one clearly was influenced by Tex Avery's Red Hot Riding Hood. Especially the part where Red end up kissing the wall. As a glasses wearing girl myself, Red is honestly pretty cute. The ending to this one is pretty cute though. Finally, the Big Bad Wolf gets some love.

After being in jail for 10 years, wolfy should be getting some loving from riding hood.Instead, she chasing him. lol. Riding hood knows whats up, she know he just got out of jail. lmao. get him ridinghood. lmao.
