Our NHS is already buckling under the pressure, but one mum of three has no shame about milking the system for all it’s worth. Former glamour model Carla Bellucci admits she faked mental health problems in order to blag a free nose job on the NHS worth £7,000. She joins us today with her new nose, to tell us why she has no regrets and believes anyone who judges her is just jealous.

It’s not the fact she had her nose job on the NHS that I think is the problem, the real problem is the lying about having depression. She’s just evil.

Taking advantage of a much needed resource that's very much needed is one thing but faking serious mental health problems that you can get free plastic surgery is ridiculous. The ONLY time I would consider plastic surgery is if I was severely disfigured in an accident. I haven't ruled out fillers or botox but I'm only 38 so I have 20-30 years until I'm in old age but time will tell

Is their a difference in like nhs Nose jobs and like cosmetic nose jobs for like choice of shape? like can I still chose a shape on the nhs or is that just cosmetic paid for surgery x

If you get a septoplasty done in the NHS then unfortunately no not really but to be honest my friend had a broken deviated nose and got a rhinoseptoplasty on the nhs and they fixed his bump etc.

Oh well... This is gonna make it so much more difficult for those who are actually suffering from depression due to their appearances... Hard to believe this woman didn't have any mental struggles before the surgery was done tho... It was obviously bothering her..maybe more than she thought so. I don't know.. not really worth to engage with all the mixed feelings I am having regarding this for sure. Good luck with her career as the perfect nose means more work either way which means better mental health of course. P.S.: must admit comments on here are vile...let's not add an other person to the already devastating statistics of depression epidemic in this world. Stay kind.
