The actual test she took was not standardized and was given unsupervised. And interpolating someone's actual score based on age is flawed. By her own admission, later in her life she retook a supervised test and scored 178 which is still quite high.

Also, the score, if I'm right, get pushed down a notch every now and then due to the average IQ increase of the general population. So even if it was corrected back then, it must've still been around 200
@jhpjhun
@jhpjhun 27 күн бұрын
@@mr.boomguy The average IQ is set to 100 so it gets pushed down every few decades. For example, if the global average IQ was 150 for the past decade, that would be set as the new 100 IQ score. The increase in IQ is mainly because nutrition, better testing standards, and because developed economies naturally deal with complex issues which makes people think logically. So an IQ of 178 is still ridiculously high. Einstein had an IQ of 160.

At least this person didn't get royally screwed over by the media. She for the most part lived her own life, and where sure of the answers she replied even when she got hated on. Heck, she seemed like a excellent formulator answering 'not so hard' questions patiently when she could be burning up on the inside of how obvious it should be.

I perhaps had the lowest IQ in the schools that I had attended. But still, when in my 40's, I managed to independently derive the Special Relativity mathematical equations on my own, despite having dropped out of school and thus also having no prior physics education at all. So the point is, even though you have a nasty low IQ, that still can be misleading.

There are some people on KZfaq who are genuinely scary, I mean I get actually scared that I could be in danger simply by them knowing I exist. Ex-cons, those involved in the oc pause cult, (I'm not even going to type the entire word) - I saw one video where I genuinely considered if the 'people' were 100% human. Recognize that you're responsible for your reality, however subjective. You can subconciously speak good to your mind. In other words, speak kindly to your unconscious mind for the kind of concious perception of reality you want and recognize that intelligence is influenced by multiple factors, including environment, education, and indeed genetics (look up multiple intelligences; applies ot everyone) to name a few; intersecting. but nothing is more powerful than what you BELIEVE about yourself. It took me a while to learn this but it's a unique journey worth going on with compassion for oneself.

I think there is an easier way to explain the door problem. The host picks a door and it is a goat or anything else. Regardless, the probability of the host picking the car in any case is 1/3. If a goat is picked and the host recommends another door the probability of it being right is also 1/3. So, the probability of the other door being correct should be 1 - 1/3 which is 2/3.
