Forget whatever political ideology one supports; I wonder who but Dr S. Jaishankar can do the justice to the ever-increasing, multidimensional, complex situations that is and will be faced by India and leads India to greater positions in the world order. Of course thanks to the hard work of building the nation to such a mammoth height by Hon PM Modi and his Gov, that has laid the strong foundation. Hats off to you Dr. S. Jaishankar. India is presenting Russian point of view better than Russian were able to do post cold war . You can't isolate Russia and keep expecting them to not aling with the only option left to them i.e. to join China .

Its not only about the connunucation Russians are masters of communication and taught world how to use Information warfare. Russia not only loosing its viewership and but its close door policy by virtue of type of government there, due to war and peace - naturally limits the choices for Russia

that was hell of a conversation, literally loved it . THat was indeed an intellectual pannel , the questions and ofcourse the answers by our MInister Jai Shankar were amazing , and how can we forget the Wittiness of MR. Jaishankar . The Uk & BCCI joke was phenominal. Conversations like these are a gift to us , specially the youth of this country , to develop a perspective on geopolitics & international relations.

As per me, not even finishing the whole discussion, this was the best sit-down, open and honest, especially by the representatives of Australia and India. I just wish they were so open during last G20(+1) gathering so the whole world would get the feel. The tie ... little shorter, little duller ... just saying. :) Mr Sameer - thank you and ORF.

Jaishankar essentially saying ..In the jockeying for equilibrium between India and China up to 2075 when we shall be cheek by jowl, why should India play on the terms set by China : A one-is-to one affair which suits China now, and not involve one or more of the rest of the worlds nation's as allies/ partners, which is presently in India's imterests?!!! On Indian optimism regarding Russia breaking away from China's hug... Funny for the very people who's policy is driving Russia into Chinese arms, to lament the dangers,of both, entering into an enduring clinch!!
